The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that old wounds will become an issue for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) soon. B&B viewers know Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) put a bogus adoption in motion, which temporarily left Steffy raising Hope Logan’s (Annika Noelle) baby girl.
Once the truth was exposed, a heartbroken Steffy was forced to give “Phoebe Forrester” aka Beth Spencer (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) back.
Steffy’s done her best to heal and move on, but this is still a sensitive area for her. Once Hope crosses the line with Kelly Spencer (Avalon and Collette Gray), Steffy will immediately try to protect her role as Kelly’s mom. B&B spoilers say Steffy won’t want Hope swooping and taking over the mommy title.
In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Annika Noelle talked about the battle that’s brewing for Hope and Steffy. Noelle thinks Steffy’s concerns are justified considering the Beth situation.
“Steffy is upset,” Noelle said. “As she should be. She lost ‘Phoebe’ to Hope so you can’t blame her for being wary of Hope’s intentions.”
After Steffy blows up at Hope for trying to take her little girl, it’ll leave Hope with serious concerns. Hope will worry about the emotional state Steffy’s in and how she’s really coping with her injuries.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy’s reaction will be a red flag for Hope, so this will be the start of bigger problems.
From Hope’s viewpoint, she’ll just be trying to pitch in more with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
Although Hope will get where Steffy’s coming from on some level, she’ll also feel like Steffy’s reaction is pretty over the top. “At this point, Hope is cautiously suspicious because things just aren’t lining up,” Noelle admitted.
Noelle went on to talk about how Steffy’s usually so calm and confident. Steffy’s typical strength won’t really be on display in this moment, so Hope will definitely wonder what’s up.
Once Steffy’s insecurities take center stage, it’ll leave Hope worried about what’s ahead. “She hasn’t come to any conclusions, but she is certainly concerned,” Noelle said.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Hope will become more invested in protecting Kelly as Steffy’s painkiller addiction hits hard.
