The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, August 18, tease that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will serve as inspiration for Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
It sounds like Phyllis will have a “Eureka!” moment after a chat with Nick, so she should be grateful for his help. Phyllis has been hinting about a new venture, but she hasn’t divulged the details just yet.
Of course, that’s partly because Phyllis hasn’t nailed them all down! This venture is still a work in progress, but it seems Nick will help everything come into focus.
Phyllis wanted Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) input recently. It appears Phyllis’ new venture has something to do with staycations and the perfect escape.
As a way to boost business at The Grand Phoenix, Phyllis may hope to book more residents who already live in town. Naturally, Phyllis will need to give people a good reason to seek out her hotel instead of just staying home.
That may be where Nick’s inspiration comes in. There might be some marketing idea that Phyllis latches onto or some suggestion that’s certain to lure more local guests.
Over with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson), they’ll talk out their problems like rational adults for once. Theo and Kyle will be sick of all the fighting, so they’ll opt for a truce on Tuesday.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Kyle and Theo will come together as cousins and work on repairing their bond.
Theo and Kyle’s relationship may always have a bit of a competitive edge underneath it, but that’s no reason to throw it away! These two were friends once and are always going to be family, so Y&R fans can expect them to make peace – at least for now.
Something tells us the peace won’t last due to Summer Newman’s (Hunter King) upcoming plot.
In the meantime, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will fret over Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) motives. Rey doesn’t trust Adam and won’t like the fact that Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) letting him back in her life.
Sharon will defend her desire to help Adam, but Rey will worry about Adam manipulating Sharon through his problems.
Rey might even grow concerned about Adam’s old feelings for Sharon ,which could certainly lead to trouble as they work through Adam’s trauma together. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Rey will have a hard time dealing with Sharon and Adam’s renewed connection in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
