Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, September 16, teases that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will get a shocking offer as Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) screenplay secrets make their way to Salem. It looks like Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) will also have a wicked problem, so let’s discuss some of DOOL’s brewing bombshells.
Now that Allie and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) have opened to rave reviews, Days spoilers say they’ll take a moment to savor their success.
Sweet Bits Bakery is the talk of the town – and it’s already raking in major cash for the besties in business together.
That’s reason enough to celebrate, but Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will soon add one more to the list. After Johnny, Chanel, Allie and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) move beyond the recent conflict, they’ll all enjoy some time in the town square.
It’ll give Johnny a chance to sell Allie on the idea of playing Sami in his upcoming flick.
Allie may point out that she isn’t an actress and is busy with the bakery right now anyway, but Johnny might contend that no one could play the role better than Sami’s own daughter. Johnny is great at buttering people up, so he’ll talk his sister into it for now.
However, the secrets contained in the Sami Brady story script will prove unsettling to say the least! Allie may not stay committed to this project for long, but first thing’s first since Johnny doesn’t even have his hands on that screenplay yet.
Days spoilers say Johnny will contact Will Horton (Chandler Massey) on Thursday’s DOOL episode and convince him to send the script for a polish.
Will might point out that his version was a failure in Hollywood, but Johnny may think he can work his own magic and turn this into the indie movie of the century.
As for Doug, his mental health will be assessed during Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans) hospital exam. Kayla will hope the tests she runs can pinpoint whether Doug is suffering from dementia or something else.
We’re betting on something else since Doug has mentioned devil’s food cake twice and is poised to get help from soon-to-be possessed Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall)!
Doug likely has something wicked inside him – just waiting to settle in Marlena when the time is right.
Until then, Marlena will be busy listening to Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) issues. Paulina will share a secret with Marlena, so we’ll see if she keeps it vague or goes into detail.
This could be something as simple as spilling Abe Carver’s (James Reynolds) interest in marriage or as complicated as the bio mom drama.
Paulina is indeed hiding the truth about being Lani Price-Grant’s (Sal Stowers) biological mother, so Marlena could cause chaos if she learns that secret and then blabs once she’s possessed.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Marlena will carry out some wild plots once she’s no longer in control, so stay tuned for this storyline’s imminent kickoff.
