Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, September 28, tease that EJ DIMera (Dan Feurriegel) will have a dinner date offer for Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) while Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) needs to make a tricky deal. Let’s talk about what Days fans can expect on Tuesday’s exciting show.
First, Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will try to please Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) with another grand gesture. He’ll shock Chloe when he brings in a giant gift box and urges her to open it, so Chloe will be eager to see what’s inside.
Although Chloe should appreciate the effort Philip’s putting in, she may admit she likes the changes she’s seen in Philip most of all. A calmer, less jealous Philip is the best gift he could possibly offer. Philip will try to stay on the right path, but there’s more Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) drama coming down the line.
In the meantime, Brady will battle suspicions about Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) and his agenda. Jake and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) have been using Brady as their puppet in their Philip takedown scheme, but Brady already seems to know they’ve got some tricks up their sleeve.
On Tuesday’s DOOL episode, Brady may become specifically suspicious of Jake’s desire for the Titan throne. He might pick up on the fact that Jake would prefer to be in charge over Gabi and file that away for future use. Brady still doesn’t like or trust Philip, but he doesn’t like or trust Jake either!
Next, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) will hope she’s come up with a solution to Xander’s legal problems. Days spoilers say Gwen will urge Xander and Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) to enter a mutually beneficial agreement.
Xander needs a new lawyer – and Justin wants to get Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) off the hook on some serious charges. Maybe Xander can finesse the stolen money situation somehow and help Justin make the larceny part of all this go away.
In return, Justin could represent Xander and hopefully beat the charges that EJ had reinstated. Of course, it could be difficult to get Justin on board, so Gwen’s suggestion may not be an easy one to pull off.
As for EJ, he’ll give Nicole the news that Xander will no longer be working at Basic Black. Nicole will be glad for the updates, but what comes next will really catch her off guard. Days spoilers say EJ will ask Nicole out on a date, so she’ll wonder where this is coming from and will try to reject the offer at first.
EJ will soon discover Nicole has feelings for Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), so that’ll only make him more determined to take Nicole out to dinner and show her a good time. EJ will believe he can provide a great distraction if they revive their old spark, so Nicole will be tempted to take him up on his offer eventually.
