Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, July 16, teases that Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will crash a celebration with ammo – and Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will visit EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) while Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) awaits a big victory. Here’s what DOOL has coming up on Friday’s hot episode.
In their bedroom, Nicole will find out Eric’s only home for a brief trip. Eric has to head back to Africa, but he’ll think the best strategy is to enjoy the here and now.
Nicole will continue to be swept off her feet as Eric treats her like a queen and promises to work harder on their marriage.
That probably means vowing to finish his current obligation in the Congo as soon as possible.
Next, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) will have a decision to make at Basic Black.
Chloe might have some reservations about the message she’ll send if she goes to the anniversary party with Brady, but he may argue there’s no harm in it.
As long as they’re clear on this being a friendly event, Chloe should get on board with accepting the invitation.
At the Brady Pub, Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) will keep coaching Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) on how to play dirty and get the result he desires.
Lucas wants to blow up Sami’s marriage to EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), but he has to keep his hands clean.
The simplest solution is handing that scandalous letter over to someone who wants to blow up Sami’s marriage just as much – and that someone is Nicole.
However, Philip and Lucas may not settle on Nicole as the best person for the job just yet. They’ll debate how to proceed and apparently stir up Roman Brady’s (Josh Taylor) suspicions in the process.
Roman will waltz over to Lucas and Philip’s table, so he’ll perhaps pick up on the fact that they’re conspiring.
After Roman quizzes Philip and Lucas about what they’re up to, Chloe will arrive by Brady’s side. It’s safe to say Philip and Brady are going to clash all over again because of it!
In the meantime, DOOL spoilers say John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans) Deidre Hall) will get some fantastic news.
Eric will deliver updates on his homecoming and anniversary party, so John and Marlena will promise to be there.
Belle will agree to attend as well, but she’ll have an intriguing visit with EJ before the bash begins.
Maybe Belle will talk about Sami’s tendency to screw things up and suggest she’s pleasantly surprised things are going so well with EJ.
Days spoilers say EJ will feel lucky to have Sami in his life, but he won’t feel that way for much longer thanks to the storm that’s brewing.
Hurricane Sami will once again shake things up by approaching Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) with the $1 million they agreed to.
Sami will take that suitcase full of cash she’s toting around to the Salem PD, where Xander’s handcuffed in the interrogation room.
Xander might insist he’s willing to do better than a recorded confession if Sami can get him out of there.
Sami is a pro at talking herself out of trouble, so she can use that skill to Xander’s advantage, too.
If nothing else, Sami can pay Xander’s bail and point him in the direction of the pub for his next step.
Xander will be willing to publicly announce that he hooked up with Nicole – and what better place to make the announcement than at Eric and Nicole’s one-year anniversary party?
Days spoilers say Xander will soon be on his way to crash with a secret that’s going to break Eric’s heart.
