Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, May 7, teases that Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will try to wrap his head around the shocking scene in front of him. Tripp just walked in Julie’s Place and saw Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) sharing a kiss with Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) by the bar.
This is wild on several levels for Tripp since he didn’t know Allie was attracted to women and certainly didn’t know she had any kind of romantic connection to Chanel.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Tripp will want to talk to someone, so he’ll turn to Claire Brady (Isabel Durant). Claire is Allie’s cousin as well as a close friend of hers, so Tripp will hope she can shed some light on all this.
However, Claire isn’t in the loop on Allie’s London days with Chanel. She won’t have any answers when it comes to Allie’s romantic history, but Claire will at least know Allie admitted her feelings for Tripp.
Perhaps Claire will offer updates on that conversation and assure Tripp he shouldn’t give up if he likes Allie back.
Of course, Tripp indeed has feelings for Allie, but he’s already been worried about things being too complicated. Now that Chanel and Allie are reconnecting, it’ll leave Tripp even more confused about what he should do and what Allie really wants.
Other Days spoilers say Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) will battle Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) as she struggles to survive. Kristen should return with the drug she has in mind, so Kate will have no way of knowing what’s in that drug or how she might react.
Kate will fear she could die or at least find herself pretty out of it, so she’ll fight back and hope to avoid getting injected.
As for Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), he’ll go against Kristen’s wishes and visit her in prison. That means it’ll be showtime for Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), who remains stuck at Statesville due to the swap with Kristen.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Brady will quickly deal with some suspicions. He’ll sense that “Kristen” is acting even weirder than usual – and then “Kristen” will make a slipup that leaves Brady reeling. It’s possible Susan will use her real voice or blurt something out that tips Brady off to the switcheroo.
Regardless, Days of Our Lives fans will see Brady get a giant clue and start connecting the dots. A car crash is on the way that’ll be Kristen’s fault, so it sounds like Brady will be upset and speeding as he leaves Statesville.
Kristen will make a discovery once Monday rolls around that brings terrible guilt, so Friday’s DOOL cliffhanger could set that up.
Next on Days of Our Lives, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) is set to make a discovery of her own. She arranged for Dr. Dun to stick around Salem and examine Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), but it’ll be a different doc who appears for appointment.
Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) will disguise herself as a man named Stan and will wear scrubs as she plays the part of a medical professional, too. This is an old trick of Sami’s since she’s posed as Stan before to get revenge on her enemies.
Dan Wells will reprise the role of Stan – just as he did when Sweeney was on maternity leave back in 2005.
