Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for the week of April 19-23 teases that Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) is in for a shock. For starters, Paulina will get the scoop from Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and reel over everything she learns about Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer).
Xander’s scandalous history doesn’t exactly make him the kind of guy you want to bring home to Mom!
Since Paulina will be spooked over the threat Xander poses, she’ll turn to Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) for assistance. Paulina will be determined to get Chanel Dupree Kiriakis (Precious Way) out of this marriage one way or another.
Paulina will count on Lani to help, but Lani may not think there’s much they can do if Chanel insists on staying married to Xander.
However, Chanel’s about to get a shock of her own. She thought Xander was super wealthy due to the wad of bills in his wallet and his Titan CEO badge.
Unfortunately, Xander doesn’t have that job anymore – and he doesn’t have a ton of Kiriakis cash either. He’ll inform Chanel that his family may be wealthy, but he’s broke and has nothing to offer her.
Days spoilers say Xander will want a divorce, but he’ll tell Chanel they can squeeze some money out of it if they join forces to scam Paulina out of $10 million.
Paulina will be disgusted with Xander over what he’s trying to pull, but Xander will insist that’s his condition if Paulina wants him to divorce Chanel and steer clear of her.
Next, Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will offer Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) a dire warning about the fate of their marriage. Abigail will think they have to convince Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) to terminate the pregnancy.
Although Abigail was willing to fix their relationship, this baby will be a game-changer and could destroy them forever if Gwen actually keeps it – at least that’s how Abigail will feel.
After Gwen has an ultrasound and reaches a decision, Abigail will get updates at the hospital. She won’t be pleased about Gwen choosing to keep Chad’s child, so look for Abigail to have an emotional breakdown during her conversation with Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans).
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) will want to talk to Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) about the kiss they shared. Although Theo enjoyed it, he may want reassurance that he’s not taking advantage of Ciara in her vulnerable state.
Of course, Ciara may remind Theo that she instigated that kiss, not the other way around! Ciara has always been a woman who goes after what she wants – and what she wants right now is to be a couple with Theo.
It turns out Ciara will also want to move away from Salem, so Ben will reel when he learns Ciara is on more than friendly terms with Theo and wants to leave town with him.
At Statesville, Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano) will call Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) to remind her what’s at stake.
If Kristen doesn’t get to work on breaking up Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow), then Vivian will blow the whistle on the Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) swap.
Kristen will realize she needs to act fast, so she’ll do her part to sabotage Kate’s romance. It’ll lead to Kate uncovering the truth about Kristen’s identity and becoming her new captive. As for Jake, he’ll be torn between his jealousy and his desire to make his relationship with Kate work.
Before Jake realizes Kate’s gone missing, he’ll have another tense encounter with Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus). In addition to seething over Gabi and Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) growing bond, Jake will make a move that riles Gabi up and shows off their complicated spark.
There’ll also be more DOOL murder drama as Belle Brady (Martha Madison) fights to clear her name – and Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) just might be the one who pulled the trigger on Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) before framing her archnemesis!
