General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will flee from the authorities and deepen their connection in the process. Jason and Britt had some downright flirty scenes recently, so it’s clear that #JaBritt are becoming more comfortable with each other.
We’ve also seen some scenes of Jason showing concern for Britt and her shaky hands, so he can tell something’s up. Jason isn’t the type to push or pry, but there won’t be much to do except talk once these two are on the run.
Jason may find himself wondering exactly why Britt’s so willing to put everything on the line for him like this.
During the week of May 10-14, General Hospital spoilers say Britt will confide in Jason. It looks like Britt will finally be ready to share her secret medical issue, so this should bring some emotional moments.
As Britt’s pointed out a couple times lately, she doesn’t have a lot of people she’s close to. Britt probably doesn’t want to worry Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), who would just hover and make things more difficult.
There’s also no point in piling this on Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), who’s stuck in the slammer. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) has enough problems of her own, so Britt’s just bottled up this secret and chosen to suffer alone – that is until now!
Jason can be Britt’s rock and give her the comfort she’s been craving.
General Hospital fans will hear Britt open up about the deadly illness she’s battling, which she clearly believes is terminal.
Britt has offered some deadly hints in her dialogue, so she may explain that’s why she isn’t worried about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) or going on the lam like this.
Britt might argue she has nothing left to lose since she’s dying anyway, but Jason certainly won’t want her to give up. Jason may admit he’s come to care about Britt and would miss her if she wasn’t around.
Britt still needs to see a specialist and hopefully explore some treatment options, so Jason might push for a pact.
Since Britt will be so willing to help Jason while he’s a fugitive, he may vow to return the favor when this crisis is over. Jason might make Britt promise to fight for her life and promise to help her in exchange.
It’s easy to imagine Jason holding Britt as she cries. Jason may insist he’ll be there for Britt – no matter what the future holds. This sounds like a great way to bring Jason and Britt together as a sweet couple to root for.
Whatever the case, Britt will indeed confess a secret during the week of May 10-14. General Hospital spoilers say Jason will be a good listener as usual and console Britt as she faces this health battle. Just knowing she’s not alone should help Britt along the way!
