General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) may be the one to discover that Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) body is missing. Anna could be poised to join forces with Valentin to find Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) not-so-dead ex! Let’s talk about what we know so far.
After Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) seemingly sent Peter hurling down the stairs to an early demise, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) helped him cover it up.
Liz has been adamant that no one will ever know Peter is dead, but Anna may learn the truth eventually.
Finn hated the fact that Anna kept secrets when they were together, so he’s a hypocrite if he keeps this one now. Just because they’re no longer a couple doesn’t mean Anna should be left in the dark.
Finn and Liz need to fill Anna in on what really happened – just so she can have a sense of closure and stop the hunt.
During the week of June 14-18, Liz will be hopeful about Anna finding peace. That makes it sound like Anna might find out about Peter’s death by then. Finn may confess the whole ugly story with a little help from Liz.
Anna would surely understand why they did what they did considering the situation Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is in.
Finn needs to keep working to find a cure – and Anna doesn’t want him in prison over what happened to Peter anyway.
Peter was out of control and had to be stopped, so there’s no way Anna would blame Finn under the circumstances. Anna wouldn’t blame Liz for assisting with the cover-up either, but she might want to check out wherever they dumped the body.
Perhaps Anna will want to ensure that nobody else ever finds out about this – and that could mean taking extra precautions when it comes to the corpse disposal.
Will Peter’s body have disappeared when Anna goes to look for it? That’s a possibility to consider since GH still hasn’t confirmed Peter’s deadly departure – nor has Wes Ramsey himself.
We also know Anna and Valentin will team up to look for someone this summer. There’ll be a missing loved one that prompts a major search effort. Peter was considered a loved one by Valentin and Anna once upon a time.
Sometimes spoilers can conceal things using language that’s a bit of a stretch – like when they said Liz would find out about a horrible crime.
Finn isn’t some kind of monster, so it’s not like it was all that horrible. It was just a case of the situation spiraling out of control. In other words, Valentin and Anna’s search for a loved one could still be about Peter.
Since General Hospital often exaggerates or misleads through the spoilers they put out, that may be their way of concealing the fact that Peter’s alive.
After all, it’d be too easy to figure out if GH said Anna and Valentin team up to find an MIA criminal!
General Hospital may be talking about the love Valentin and Anna used to have for Peter – the hint of love that might still be there deep down despite their best efforts to ignore it.
Whatever the case, Valentin and Anna are going to search for someone they’re both connected to this summer. It makes sense that it’ll be Peter once the truth comes out about him not being dead.
