General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, August 6, teases that Grandma Naomi Dreyfus (Gigi Bermingham) will reunite with Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) fires back at Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher). Ava Jerome (Maura West) will also have a new proposal to deliver, so let’s talk about all the action happening in Friday’s GH episode.
At Spring Ridge, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will have some news to spill about Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and his health aide, Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel).
Harmony uses a board to help Ryan communicate enough to write letters, so Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) should receive that information during their latest visit.
As for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will be the topic of conversation.
Obrecht will think it’s crucial to be prepared in case Peter pops back up – and you can bet he indeed will when the time is right.
Of course, Peter might want to be wary of Liesl since she’ll be more determined to kill him than ever!
Next, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will get some difficult updates from Laura Collins (Genie Francis).
Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) feels like Dante’s hung up on Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan), who remains comatose and stuck in a limbo of sorts.
That’s left Dante’s life in limbo as well, but Laura’s tough blow may give him another nudge toward moving on.
Lulu’s doctors might have a prognosis that’s even bleaker than before, so this could be the push Dante needs to open his heart to someone else – someone like Sam!
Over with Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore), he’ll sit by the Metro Court pool and suggest that his decisions are something he can live with.
Ava has made plenty of blunders and bad calls, so maybe Shawn will wonder if she can live with her choices, too.
Whatever the case, Ava will have a business proposal for Shawn to consider. Shawn will receive a job offer from Ava, so he’ll have to mull over his options.
Shawn can take Ava’s job, reject the offer since he’s already set to work for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) or try to do both.
As for Carly, she’ll think Jax needs to settle down and accept that she’s got everything under control.
However, that’ll be hard for Jax to do when he feels like mob danger is knocking on Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) door.
While Jax and Carly have a showdown, Jason will take steps to nip the threats against Joss and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) in the bud.
Jason will approach Joey Novak (Patrick Zeller) to warn him that if he dares to contact Josslyn or any of Carly’s children ever again, the Novaks can expect full retaliation.
Other GH spoilers say Gigi Bermingham will make her first appearance as a Naomi Dreyfus recast. Hayden Barnes’ (Rebecca Budig) mother and Violet’s grandmother will pop up on Friday, so look for Naomi to reunite with Violet and catch Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) off guard.
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is in for a shock as well, but it’ll be up to Finn to decide how much contact should be allowed between Violet and Naomi.
It’ll just be something else to stress Finn out, but at least he’ll have Liz by his side for support.
