General Hospital Spoilers Update: Monday, February 22 – Ava’s Spooky Message, Not From Ryan – Willow’s Second Date with Michael

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, February 22, teases that Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will seal the deal on their commitment to each other through a small ceremony.

They’ll get past all the hurdles and holdups, so TJ and Molly will make their domestic partnership official.

At home, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will keep hope alive when it comes to what the future holds. Liz and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) are celebrating their two-year anniversary, but Elizabeth will think they’re just getting started.

Franco, on the other hand, will struggle to have that same optimism about sticking around.

Now that Franco’s radiation is making him sick and causing his hair to fall out, he’s losing faith. Even so, Franco will appreciate Liz’s support. It turns out Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will be busy planning a supportive move upstairs. As Cam looks in the mirror, he’ll insist he has to do this.

Cameron will be trying to give himself a little pep talk about shaving his head and showing he’s in Franco’s corner. We should note that William Lipton has still been posting pics of longer hair on his Instagram account, though he’s specified that at least some of them are older photos.

It’s possible a script change happened at the last second to avert this head-shaving, but General Hospital spoilers are clear in predicting it. Lipton might just be preserving the surprise of the new look since it’s part of Cam’s story.

Whatever the case, Cameron’s supposed to shave his head and move Franco as well as Liz with his bold move.

In the meantime, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will fish for the truth. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) just playfully recruited Jason to hand out some Valentine’s Day goodies at GH, so Jason will pitch in on Monday, February 22.

Once the bags are given to all the sick kids, Jason will quiz Britt about something she’s not revealing.

Jason may doubt that Britt’s interest in thwarting Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and saving GH is strictly professional. Britt doesn’t want to see drugs run rampant in Port Charles, but Jason will sense a more personal angle that Britt’s working.

Britt has alluded to using what time she has left to be a good person, so Jason might wonder if Britt expects her life will be cut short. General Hospital spoilers hint that Britt will lower her guard with Jason, so she might confide about her hand tremor, upcoming appointment and suspicions that the end is near.

Of course, it’s also possible Britt will choose to remain somewhat cryptic, but she should be touched to know Jason cares.

As for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), they’ll extend their date night a bit and continue to reconnect. The same goes for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), who’ll do plenty of flirting back at the Quartermaine mansion.

Sasha will be pleased over how well things are going with Michael, especially when they nearly lock lips. Sadly, their timing will be terrible since Chase and Willow will barge in at that exact moment. Michael and Sasha’s almost kiss will be interrupted, so Sasha will decide to call it a night.

Once Sasha’s gone and Chase has bid Willow farewell, Michael will wonder if Willow would like to watch a movie with him. Willow and Michael should settle in on the sofa together for a fun film, so this sounds an awful lot like another Valentine’s Day date!

Although Michael and Willow will tell themselves this is just a friendly flick, the feelings that linger between them will be on full display.

Other General Hospital spoilers say Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will surprise Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) with some news about a potential new career.

Curtis has been enjoying the nightclub with Portia now that the stakeout’s over, so he’ll consider purchasing it and running the place himself. That’s quite a change from being a PI, but Curtis will think it might be an exciting new challenge.

As Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine’s (Maura West) dinner together continues, Ava will accept a present from her husband – one that’s actually from Nik and not some mysterious sender. Nikolas will have a bracelet for Ava, so she should gush over it and appreciate the gesture.

Nevertheless, there’ll be more drama related to the dead roach that Ava was sent. A waiter will deliver a note that was meant to accompany that package – and it’ll offer a cryptic message for Ava to ponder.

After Ava opens the envelope addressed to “Mrs. Cassadine,” she’ll read a bit of a riddle inside.

“Secrets and cockroaches, those are the only two things that always survive…except for us,” Ava reads aloud in GH’s sneak peek video for Monday, which ABC.com recently posted.

Nikolas will feel like Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) must be behind this plot, though he won’t know how since he believes Ryan is incapacitated.

General Hospital spoilers say Ava and Nikolas will mull over this puzzle together. Although Ryan is apparently faking his locked-in syndrome, Nikolas and Ava really need to open their minds to other suspects.

The answer is someone who isn’t Ryan, so stay tuned to see who that might be! As for Ava, she’ll get a promise of protection from Nikolas as they tackle this threat together.
