General Hospital Spoilers: Week of April 12 Update – Alexis Attacked - Chase Poisoned & Dying - Laura Betrays Nikolas

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for the week of April 12-16 teases that some close moments are coming up for Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).

Once Sasha admits she called it quits with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), that could give Brando the green light to make a move.

Of course, Sasha could just as easily make a move of her own! The point is there’ll be some sizzle between them, especially now that Sasha’s half-hearted romance with Michael isn’t holding her back.

Michael will also have a deep conversation with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) that moves them back in each other’s direction. It seems Willow will be ready to split from Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) until some terrible news starts to spread.

GH viewers watched as Chase, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney) and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) placed their mugs on the restaurant’s lazy Susan.

It seemed like a fun blast-from-the-past game to them, but none of them realize one mug contains Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) poison.

As the General Hospital weekly preview video shows, the poisoning victim is Chase himself. Willow will soon be less worried about a breakup and more worried about this awful situation. Getting Chase and his family through it will certainly be the priority.

Down in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) basement, Peter will use his only bargaining chip. He’ll push Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) to let him go or else somebody who matters to Anna will die.

Peter will seemingly mean Finn, but he won’t be in the loop on the tainted cup merry-go-round that just went down and that Chase drank the poison.

Next, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will grow increasingly overwhelmed due to all the stress she’s dealing with. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will add to it when she rushes over to deliver a warning.

As Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) closes in on Florence Grey (Annie Abbott), Laura may give Carly a heads-up and betray her son.

Will Carly be able to thwart Nikolas’ attempt to find and return Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) mother? Regardless, Nikolas won’t rest until he’s certain Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will be safe.

Unfortunately, as the weekly preview for April 12-16 shows, Alexis will not be safe! The video preview shows a very large dangerous female inmate attacking Alexis and slamming her up against the wall – could be Cyrus sending a message or simply typical prison brutality.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will catch up with some familiar faces, including Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Brook Lynn will have to play her pregnant role well and avoid raising any red flags, but she’ll mainly want to see how Dante’s holding up after all his issues.

General Hospital spoilers say Dante will also spend some time with Michael, who may feel more and more inclined to step up for the family in the mob world. As the danger grows, Michael may feel he has no choice.

In Nixon Falls, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will return from a tour with Elijah Crowe (Dan White). Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will put Nina through a grilling session and once again express his distrust of Elijah – and GH fans know Sonny’s right to worry since Elijah’s got an agenda!

Finally, Nina will get a call from Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), but will she answer it?

Nina might pick up to let Jax check in, but she certainly won’t want to come home and deal with Port Charles drama just yet. Nina will continue to bond with Sonny at the Tan-O, so Jax’s call may not accomplish much.

We’ll keep you posted as other GH updates emerge. General Hospital spoilers say Nina has some other curveballs in her future, so stay tuned. CDL will have other great General Hospital spoilers, updates and news for you, so make us your go-to source.
