The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) may have just given fans a big clue about his own fate as well as the fate of another character.
As Liam ranted about Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) and the paternity test tampering plot, he made a dark declaration. “I could kill him,” Liam said to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) at the cabin.
Based on the way Liam made this comment and Hope’s reaction to it, there was definitely some significance. It felt like a huge anvil about Vinny being killed off down the road – and there’s a good chance Liam’s going to land on the suspect list!
Ridge also made a phone call to “Lieutenant” Bradley Baker (Dan Martin), though other characters have discussed Baker’s promotion to Deputy Chief in the past. Regardless, Baker is a familiar face on B&B who tends to pop up when there’s a mystery to solve.
Dan Martin has indeed been back on set and will be part of an upcoming storyline with Jeremy Ray Valdez, who’s also returning as Detective Alex Sanchez. You can bet Detective Sanchez will be putting the clues together on a new case.
It seems likely that’ll involve Vinny’s suspicious death and some new murder suspects. Ridge could certainly be one since he made his own declaration about wanting Vinny thrown in a hole in the ground.
If you think about that as a grave, it’s yet another sign that a Bold and the Beautiful murder mystery is brewing.
However, we want to focus on Liam here since he made that ominous threat to kill Vinny. It may have just been a figure of speech, but there’s no denying that the writers were using that dialogue to set something up.
There was just a different feel to that line – a heaviness that will inevitably come into play later.
Liam just might get arrested if there’s evidence that points his way. Vinny bolted following the confrontation at the lab with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), but we probably haven’t seen the last of him.
The next time Vinny pops up, it could easily be as a corpse!
