The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) return naturally means drama will follow. Viewers never know what this character, who first appeared on B&B in 1992 and was last seen in 2018, will do.
Considering the wide implications that are connected to Vincent Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) death, it’s reasonable to connect Sheila to that scene in retrospect or in coming days.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) didn’t see Vinny before he walked in front of Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) sports car. The Spencer’s surely saw him lying near death when they got out and then witnessed his expiration.
But was Sheila a witness to that event as well or is she, in some way, already connected to this compelling, thriller storyline?

Assume that Sheila was present at that fated site. The same question could be asked of her as is being asked about Vinny. Why would she be on that road at that time of night?
No other car was at the scene or passed by immediately thereafter. No headlights were seen in the rear view mirror of Bill’s car. So, it’s plausible to believe that Sheila was driving in that area shortly thereafter and just so happened to come upon the aftermath.
Someone reported Vinny’s body being on the side of the road, right?

Bill believes that his cover-up efforts were and remain pristine. That’s a pipe dream, as he’s certain to learn.
B&B hasn’t written this storyline so that Bill and Liam’s secret remains eternally hidden. There would be no fun in that. So, someone is bound to either accidentally stumble onto the truth or force it out.
If Sheila was not a witness to what happened in the Bel Air Hills of Los Angeles, California, then she could prove to be Vinny’s mother or some type of personal connection. That link would fuel her efforts to seek justice.
Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Sheila Carter Is Back For One Or More Reasons
Sheila has recurred on this soap many times through the years. Most recently she challenged Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer), while extending an injury at the Forrester mansion.
Quinn won that battle. But her marriage to Eric Forrester (John McCook) currently on the ropes.
So, Brown’s legendary daytime villain could be returning as part of that other storyline. But considering Sheila’s myriad of talents and interests, it would be very juicy if she proves to be directly connected to Liam’s accident and Bill’s attempts to erase that fact.
