The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that fans were left feeling a bit cheated by the identity of the murder mystery victim. At the end of the Monday, April 5 episode, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) was forced to hit the brakes over something that landed in his path.
Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) was found on the verge of death moments later.
Of course, The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers previously confirmed an unexpected demise would permanently change the Logan, Spencer and Forrester families.
B&B spoilers also confirmed that devastating shockwaves would be sent across the canvas as the news started to spread.
Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) will also help identify the body at the hospital, so it’s easy to see how misleading the show was ahead of this murder mystery. None of that adds up to Vinny.
All signs pointed to a more meaningful character like Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) who would’ve had more impact.
On the bright side, at least we’re losing someone insignificant like Vinny instead of a key player. It’s frustrating that B&B had to oversell it beforehand, but that’s just how it goes when soaps are trying to get people to watch!
Now that we know Vinny is the murder mystery victim, we have to acknowledge that things aren’t as they appear to be.
This isn’t a simple case of Liam accidentally hitting Vinny and killing him by mistake. That’s not murder, nor is it a mystery.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say this will launch a deeper story that’s full of twists and turns, so someone had to have hit Vinny before Liam came along.
The whodunit here will come as B&B uncovers the clues and ultimately reveals who the true killer is.
Vinny’s death won’t really leave a lasting impression like The Bold and the Beautiful claimed, but it should bring a fun storyline in the meantime.
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) will insist on a cover-up to protect Liam, but it sounds like it could do more harm than good!
