The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that two women will have to make some difficult choices about the men they love. There’s no denying that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) still loves Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), but the trust between them has been broken and may take a long time to repair.
Hope isn’t ready to dive back in for more potential heartbreak, so The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will just have to wait and see what she decides.
Liam’s father, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), happens to be in a similar boat since he’s broken Katie Logan’s (Heather Tom) heart one too many times.
Katie will hear a sincere plea from Bill later this week, but she’ll be hesitant to just take Bill back and move on with him. Like Hope, Katie will be wondering if more betrayals could be brewing?
The old saying about “once a cheater, always a cheater” will haunt Hope and Katie in the coming weeks.
Of course, both Katie and Hope have families at stake with these cheating Spencer men. They’ll inevitably take the kids into account as they try to make their decisions.
However, we’d say we could be dealing with two very different outcomes despite the somewhat similar situations.
Bill kissed Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and then professed his love to her. All of that is bad, but at least Bill didn’t sleep with Brooke – and thankfully, Brooke’s days of unplanned pregnancies are behind her!
Bill will have those facts going for him as Katie decides their future, so we’d say “Batie” has a great chance of a reunion and a new chapter.
Hope, on the other hand, may not be able to get past yet another Steffy-related betrayal from Liam. That’s especially true if Liam is the father of Steffy’s baby. Even if he’s not, it’s tough for Hope to even look at Liam right now without feeling the pain of what he did with Steffy.
Unlike Katie, Hope hasn’t had months to cool off. Katie also doesn’t have another steamy option right in front of her.
It feels like B&B writers are putting Bill and Katie back together because they don’t have any other good matches for them right now – whereas Hope has the handsome and reformed Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).
Bottom line, Katie seems poised to reconcile with Bill, but Hope’s reunion with Liam may not go the way he wants. There may be two different outcomes for the disloyal Spencer men and some different paths forward. As other B&B updates roll in, we’ll pass along the latest news.
