The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) could end up being in danger from an unlikely source. In the coming days, Adam will face some backlash over the problems he’s helping to cause in Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) marriage. As Y&R viewers know, Rey recently caught Sharon and Adam in a close moment.
Well, it looks like Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will get wind of Rey and Sharon’s problems, and he’ll make a beeline for Adam, telling Adam to stay away from Sharon.
But Nick won’t be the only one wanting Sharon and Adam to stay away from each other. Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) will get involved in this storyline in a big way when she gets evidence of Sharon and Adam’s closeness.
Specifically, Faith will get a picture of Adam and Sharon kissing sent to her on her phone. It looks like Faith’s friend Jordan (Madison Thompson) may have witnessed Adam and Sharon’s kiss over at Society and sent the photo.
Whatever the case, Faith’s going to be incensed with her mother initially, but her anger may eventually boil over for Adam, since he seems to relentlessly pursue Sharon.
Faith has certainly been through a lot this past year due directly to Adam. When the exposé on Adam was published by Chancellor Communications, it really turned Faith’s world upside down.
Faith started getting ridiculed by the other teens in her school about having been kidnapped by Adam back when she was a baby, and the whole bullying situation really took off.
Plus, Faith has been really frustrated that her mom can’t seem to stay away from Adam. As far as Faith can see, Sharon’s got a great thing going with Rey, and it doesn’t make any sense as to why Sharon would want to throw it all away for the likes of Adam.
What if Faith decides that she needs to take action to keep Adam and Sharon away from each other?
Of course, if Faith does go down that path, then it could take many forms. It could be that Faith will simply go confront Adam and tell him to leave Sharon alone.
That could cause some real problems if by chance Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) were to be in the room during Faith’s visit.
Or Faith could take an even more sinister approach to targeting Adam. What if Faith decided that she needs to take matters into her own hands and rid the world of Adam?
That would be pretty extreme, but Faith is being seriously pushed to her limits right now, and she might snap and want to make Adam pay dearly for how he’s upended her life.
