The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, November 23, tease that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will call upon a secret weapon, but Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) and Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) will also make a power grab that complicate things. Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will give some baby help to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) as well, so here’s what Y&R has in store.
For starters, Lily will make an emergency call and hope she can turn the situation around. Lily will most likely contact Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) and warn her to get to Genoa City before Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) makes an even bigger mess!
Y&R fans know Lily wasn’t happy about Billy offering his head on a silver platter without her knowledge. Lily doesn’t trust that the Newmans will actually back off ChancComm, even if Billy steps down.
It turns out Lily’s instincts are right on the money since Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will plan to trick Billy into resigning.
The goal here will be to lull Billy into a false sense of security with the promise of a truce – only to snatch up ChancComm later when Lily folds or Jill puts it up for sale.
Ashland will support Victor and Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) plan on Monday, but he may shift gears once Tuesday rolls around.
Victoria tends to think she knows best in situations like this and may have her own idea about how to deal with it.
As for Ashland, he’s made it clear that his wife is his priority. If that means going against Victor and Adam’s wishes in the end, then Ashland should be willing to do that.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Ashland will support Victoria’s power play when they drop by Lily and Billy’s condo.
Billy will complain about the hacking and argue that the story about Ashland was never supposed to be published.
Of course, Victoria will think Billy bears some responsibility for creating the story at all. She’ll scold Billy, but she’ll also have a proposal to get her ex out of his jam.
Victoria will want to stick it to Adam, so it doesn’t sound like it’ll be the plan Victor, Ashland and Adam agreed upon.
Perhaps Victoria and Ashland will want to make ChancComm part of the Newman-Locke merger. That way it’d still benefit the original company Victor built, but it’d make it so Adam would lose out on expanding Newman Media.
However, Jill is the one who gets to make the final judgment call – and she may not be so keen on letting ChancComm slip through her fingers.
Since Jill will return to GC and take charge in the coming weeks, she may shut down all of these proposals and tell everyone how it’s going to be.
Until then, Devon will get some assistance with Dominic Newman-Abbott-Chancellor. He’ll seek help from Elena, who’ll be more than happy to pitch in with any minor baby drama that pops up.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Devon will work hard to be there for Dominic and will appreciate Elena’s advice along the way.
