The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers update for Tuesday, October 26, teases that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will reveal his secret Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) trap while Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) gets Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) loyalty. Let’s talk about some of the highs and lows ahead in Tuesday’s Y&R episode.
At Newman Media, Victor will tell Adam what their next move should be. After a run-in with Billy, Adam will definitely be fired up and ready for their enemy’s takedown. Victor has big plans to destroy ChancComm, so he’ll explain his strategy and what he expects Adam to do.
Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will accidentally eavesdrop and realize a ChancComm destruction plot is underway. Although Ashland and Billy shared a moment of peace in Tuscany, it’s not like they’re besties now!
Billy tried to stop Victoria Newman-Locke (Amelia Heinle) from marrying Ashland, so he’s still a foe. Victor will convince Ashland to join their plan for payback, so we’ll see Victor, Adam and Ashland all join forces.
As for how the three of them intend to pull this off, Billy’s fixation on Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) will prove useful.
Billy thought it was weird when Victor warned him about his ChancComm takedown plot. He eventually decided that perhaps Victor wanted to distract him from Gaines’ vanishing act.
However, it seems Victor anticipated that Billy would run with this Gaines angle. Now Billy is spending all his time concentrating on Gaines – leaving the door open for Victor to crush ChancComm like a bug! Victor will have a trap to snap soon, so Billy may fall right into it.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Sharon will have Adam’s back. After finding out Billy intends to go after Adam again, she’ll be fed up – especially since Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will be tempted to help.
Sharon may push Rey to be smarter and more compassionate than Billy. She won’t want Rey heading down a vengeful Adam road again, so she may urge him to back off – for her sake if nothing else.
Adam hasn’t given anyone a reason to doubt the changes he’s made in his life, so Sharon will prove her loyalty to him.
Back with Ashland, he’ll face some difficult updates on his terminal cancer. There’ll be some critical news from Ashland’s doctor – most likely involving Ashland’s chemotherapy and how it isn’t working very well.
Ashland can explore other treatment options, but he can only add months to his life.
Ashland can’t cure his condition and live happily ever after with Victoria like he wants. Any experimental trials could have side effects and leave Ashland too weak to make it worth the effort anyway.
Nevertheless, Ashland will want a second opinion from Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) in the coming episodes.
Ashland loves Victoria too much to leave possibilities on the table when it comes to fighting for their future together.
