The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, June 30, tease that Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will threaten Sutton Ames (Jack Landron) over Naya Benedict’s (Ptosha Storey) bogus confession while Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) learns a secret from Devon Hamilton (Bryton James).
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will also grow suspicious of Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner), so here’s what Y&R fans can expect. For starters, let’s talk about Amanda’s heated confrontation with Sutton in the park.
Amanda will march right up to her grandfather and demand to know how Sutton convinced Naya to confess to a murder he committed.
Sutton certainly won’t seem ready to admit to that and may argue that Amanda’s got it all wrong. Since the story would probably be too simple if Sutton were guilty, there’s probably indeed more going on here.
Perhaps Naya is actually trying to protect her husband, Eric Benedict. If Eric is the true killer, that’d bring another layer to peel back in this murder mystery and throw Amanda for a loop.
Of course, Sutton may not admit any new details right now, but he’ll at least stand up to Amanda and perhaps deliver more threats.
However, Amanda’s done with her biological family’s games at this point. She’ll no doubt threaten Sutton right back and vow that true justice is coming – one way or another!
As for Devon, he’ll meet up with Victor and open up to him. Victor has been far more helpful to Amanda than her own family, so Devon may thank him for that.
They’ll likely have a discussion about Richard Nealon’s death and the toll this murder case has taken on Amanda.
Devon will share a secret or two as he makes Victor his confidant. He might even get Victor’s help in uncovering the rest of the facts. If anyone can figure out the whole truth, it’s the great Victor Newman and his posse of top-notch investigative minions.
Regardless, Devon will appreciate Victor’s support on Wednesday’s Y&R episode. At the Abbott mansion, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) won’t be nearly as supportive of Billy’s attempt to grill Tara.
Billy will just want to know how much Tara’s in the loop on when it comes to Ashland Locke’s (Richard Burgi) illness, but Jack will object to his brother’s meddling.
Tara will let Billy ask questions anyway, but she’ll pretend she has no clue about Ashland’s diagnosis. During this conversation, Billy will become a bit suspicious of Tara due to her saccharine personality.
Billy will think Tara seems secretive despite her pleasant act, so we’ll see what Billy decides to do next!
