The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of December 6-10 teases that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will spy on Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) – and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will be pushed to buy ChancComm.
For starters, Billy will approach Jack with a business proposal in The Grand Phoenix lobby. He’ll insist he’d like for Jack to join him and buy ChancComm from his mother. Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) is willing to sell the company to the highest bidder, so Billy will need Jack to sink some money into this – and that could be risky considering the tarnished reputation of the company.
However, Billy may argue that it’s an opportunity to team up as brothers. He’ll really want Jack to keep an open mind, but Jack may have concerns about Billy taking more gambles. Jack will no doubt realize this is about getting revenge on the Newmans, so he’ll have to decide if he’s willing to be part of that and can live with enabling Billy’s bad patterns.
Next, Sally will tell Adam about a run-in with Billy, so he’ll get an intriguing idea. When Adam reveals that he gave what Sally said some thought, she’ll wonder if he’s asking her to spy for him. Adam may admit it could be helpful since Sally has a knack for sneakiness and knows how to push all the right buttons.
Unfortunately, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will overhear this conversation, so she could make a beeline for Billy and blab about what Sally’s up to. That could give Billy a major advantage and ruin Adam’s latest scheme.
Other Y&R spoilers say Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) will savor her husband’s return to Genoa City. Abby will tell Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) that what matters is he’s home and with people who love him.
Chance will be so grateful for that, but he’ll get uncomfortable when Abby mentions how Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wants to throw a party to welcome him home. Although Chance won’t be sure he’s up for a big celebration, Abby will convince him to go along with it since everyone will be so excited to see him.
