The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of May 3-7 tease that some surprises are in store on the CBS soap. At Sharon Rosales’ (Sharon Case) place, Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will seem awfully serious as he admits there’s something he needs to confess.
Sharon will look unsettled as Rey prepares to drop a big bomb on her.
Rey has slowly become less convinced of Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) guilt in the poisoning case – and his suspicions regarding Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) are definitely on the rise.
At that point, Rey may be fully convinced that Sharon was right about Chelsea setting Adam up.
That’s something that might warrant a confession and an apology, though Rey may also be concerned about the deep connection that led Sharon to that conclusion.
Sharon put her faith in Adam and was right to do so, but that may be more proof of Adam being the main guy in Sharon’s heart.
Of course, Rey might also confess that he was hurt when Sharon shut him out of Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) kidney crisis by not getting in touch with him.
Rey is still Sharon’s husband for the time being, but he may admit he feels like an afterthought who can’t compete with her exes.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Chelsea will fake hobble her way into Society using a cane. Chelsea will share a meal with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) there before returning to a darkened penthouse.
Chloe will still be nearby, but it’ll be Chelsea who first gets spooked by Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) sitting there in the shadowy living room. Victor will tell Chelsea that the cane is a nice touch, but Chelsea will act like she actually needs it.
Naturally, Victor won’t agree and will push Chelsea to confess to poisoning Rey. If Chelsea doesn’t cooperate, Victor will vow to take custody of Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) away.
Victor will put Chelsea between a rock and a hard place, so she’s not going to like this!
In Kansas on The Young and the Restless, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will pick up a beam to break down the door of the storm cellar. He’ll be trapped there with Adam during a tornado, but they won’t have any luck smashing their way out.
Adam will think it’s no use and will wonder if the house is even still standing, but Nick will refuse to give up. Since Adam and Faith have the same rare blood type, Nick will be determined to get his brother home so he can donate a kidney for her.
“I’m not quitting! We gotta get on that plane back to Genoa City! Faith needs you! Her clock is ticking!” Nick declares on Y&R’s weekly preview video for May 3-7.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Nick and Adam will wind up finding a way out, but the roof’s about to cave in and bring another shocker to contend with.
