Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, June 13, tease that Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will make a Seattle decision while Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) says goodbye to Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller). Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will also get closer, so here’s what DOOL fans can expect.
For starters, Tripp will decide he needs some time away from Salem, so he’ll want to spend the summer in Seattle with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Joey Johnson (Tanner Stine).
Tripp recently had a video chat with his half-siblings, so Days has been laying the groundwork for this life-changing move.
Since Tripp feels like he could use a reset, this is the perfect way to clear his head and enjoy a change of scenery.
Of course, that’ll mean giving Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) some stunning news.
Kayla and Steve have gotten used to having Tripp around, but they’ll have to accept that he’s ready to move on for now.
However, Steve and Kayla can take some comfort in the fact that Tripp will be hanging out with Joey and Stephanie.
Tripp won’t be alone, so Kayla and Steve will wish him well as he settles on this new chapter.
Once Tripp updates Steve and Kayla, he’ll summon Allie and Chanel for his big announcement, too.
Days spoilers say Chanel and Allie will share some close moments, so they might be on the verge of a kiss when Tripp calls or texts.
Next, Allie and Chanel will find out about Tripp’s plan to leave town.
That’ll bring some guilt for Allie since she’ll think Tripp is running away from her, but he’ll insist she’s not the reason he’s leaving – at least not the whole reason.
Allie’s betrayal affected Tripp deeply, but he’s made peace with what happened.
Although it couldn’t hurt to put some distance between them, this Seattle move is more about Tripp finding himself and choosing a different future.
Tripp will have to tell Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) later during the week of June 13-17, so the show will drag his goodbye out a bit.
Speaking of goodbyes, DOOL fans can expect a tearful one now that Chad has found Abigail’s stabbed, bloody body.
Abigail already looks like a goner, but Chad will get her to the hospital anyway – and that’s where Abby will be pronounced dead.
Days spoilers say Chad will cry over Abigail’s corpse and try to find a way to bid his wife farewell.
This will be a crushing blow for Chad’s family and the rest of Abigail’s loved ones, but her fate has been sealed.
From here, the story will become about grieving the loss and figuring out who’s behind the whodunit!
Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart), Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) are already becoming part of the murder mystery, but other suspects will emerge along the way.
In the meantime, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will really sizzle.
Now that Belle and EJ are indulging in a make-out session, they may consider taking things to the bedroom.
However, Abigail’s demise should derail that plan since Chad will be in total panic mode.
Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) will get a bad vibe just before Belle and EJ show up at the townhouse to spread the word about the stabbing.
EJ will comfort a rattled Belle before leaving her with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), who’ll try to calm her daughter down.
We’ll also see Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) head to the hospital with EJ so they can offer support to Chad.
Johnny will get a hug from Chanel while he’s there, so don’t count him out of the love triangle battle just yet.
Allie may remain in the lead, but Chanel will still want to be there for Johnny during this family crisis.
