General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will have to deal with the reality of dating a cop. There was a time when Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) called Sam out for being a danger junkie along with Jason, but Sam’s days of walking on the wild side are far behind her.
Even when Jason was alive, Sam had to put herself and her children’s safety first.
Jason’s mob job brought too much danger to their world, so Sam created some distance despite the love she still had for him.
Of course, Jason is now presumed dead, so his memory serves as a reminder of how short and fragile life can be.
When Sam gets updates on Dante’s close hook call, she’ll inevitably be reminded of Jason and others in her life who were gone far too soon.
Following Rory Cabrera’s (Michael Blake Kruse) own horrific death, Dante will be pretty shaken up.
It should leave Dante feeling guilty and wondering if he could’ve prevented this – even if there was no way for him to know Rory would go rogue on a solo mission.
During the week of December 19-23, Dante will have a lot to get off his chest.
GH spoilers say Dante will confide in Sam and try to help her understand where his head is at.
Sam will want to support Dante, but she may need some comfort as well. The thought of losing Dante may make Sam realize just how deeply she loves him.
Sam’s mind may drift to what could’ve happened if “The Hook” had gone after Dante instead.
That near miss will panic Sam, especially if she worries this serial killer might strike again and make Dante a target.
On the bright side, Sam and Dante could grow closer as a result of all the dangerous drama.
That could convince Dante to trust Sam with the secrets he’s keeping about his past with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
Dante seems poised to give Sam some shocking details on his history sooner or later.
That news will be a game-changer when the time is right and help Sam discover another side of Cody.
