Victor talked about neutralizing the threat, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he really had Luke killed.
Things aren’t always as they seem on GH – and Luke’s supposed death has always felt like a setup for a larger story anyway.
Now that we know Emma Samms will return as Holly Sutton this October, we have to consider what that means for the storyline.
Holly will obviously be rescued from her own time in captivity, but could Luke get a shocking rescue, too?
Back in January, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) offered an intriguing hint involving a potential connection. “First Holly and now Luke,” Anna told Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) as they reflected on two losses in a row.
Holly isn’t actually dead, so Luke may not be dead either.
There’s a chance Victor has Luke stashed along with Holly, so Anna and Robert may find both prisoners when the time is right.
General Hospital spoilers say some excitement is coming up this fall, so Anthony Geary’s possible return could be part of that.
Many fans would love to see Luke alive and back in action – especially in this adventurous story with other popular GH vets.
It’s certainly an option worth considering based on all the clues. No matter how this plays out, Victor is keeping some huge secrets that’ll ultimately be exposed.
Although Victor has the upper hand for now, he’ll face some surprising threats in the months ahead.
Victor has been established as the main villain on canvas lately and likely had a hand in Holly’s faked demise.
Since Luke’s death was potentially faked as well, Victor could have a big problem once his hostages walk free.
It’ll be interesting to see how Victor handles it once things aren’t going his way!
