General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, August 29 to September 9, tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will seek justice for Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) while Mac Scorpio (John J. York) faces a DNA test decision. Marcus Taggert (Réal Andrews) will also reject an offer, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
During the week of August 29-September 2, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will find wounded Ava and leap into action.
Once Ava is rushed to GH, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will hear what happened and anxiously await updates on her friend.
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) should be an emotional wreck as he waits for news, too.
Although Nikolas was harsh to Ava the last time they talked, he’ll be desperate for a chance to make things right.
Of course, Nikolas will inevitably find himself on the suspect list along with drunk Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez).
Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will shock Spencer with deadly accusations and face Spencer’s accusations as well.
Later, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will grill Victor while Spencer has a horrible nightmare.
Since Spencer can’t be 100-percent certain of his innocence, he might dream that he’s guilty and facing Trina’s fury.
Josslyn will be stressed after discovering Ava in such a horrifying state, but she’ll get comfort from Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) in the aftermath.
Carly will also rethink a choice she’s made, so we’ll see how that works out for Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Regardless, Drew will confide in Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) while Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) ultimately opens up to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
Liz may admit the flashbacks she’s been dealing with once she tries to hash out her issues with Finn.
Over with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), they’ll have a heated argument.
That may center around the guardianship that Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) pushed for to keep Sasha from going to trial.
During the week of September 5-9, Sasha will get some difficult news, so she may take her frustration out on Brando eventually.
On a happier note, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will plan a special surprise for Josslyn and hope she likes it.
Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also wrestle with her past sins while Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has a horrible nightmare.
That could involve Willow dreaming that she’s dead or that she’s lost her baby despite her best efforts to protect him or her.
Over with Taggert, he’ll reject an offer Sonny makes. Afterward, Sonny will face off with Victor and end up voicing his suspicions to someone about Nikolas.
Ava is the mother of Sonny’s child, so he won’t just let her stabbing slide.
Sonny will obviously suspect some dirty Cassadine trouble, so he may confront Victor and ultimately reveal a theory about Nikolas trying to kill Ava.
After Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) shares a theory of her own, she’ll give Mac a nudge in the right direction.
Could Felicia push Mac to get honest with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) about the possibility that he’s the bio dad? Felicia may also approve of Mac getting a DNA test done so he can know the truth.
As for Curtis and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), they’ll have more than one reason to party.
Portia and Curtis will move forward with a gathering to celebrate Trina’s freedom, but this bash will also serve as an engagement celebration.
Curtis and Portia will ask Stella for a favor, but she’ll pass along some stunning news later.
That could involve the whole truth about the divorce papers.
We can’t forget that Curtis is still technically married to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), so that’s going to be an issue.
Next, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will push for answers during a conversation with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Maybe Maxie will wonder why Britt keeps shutting Cody out when he’s clearly quite interested in her.
Cody will also have a proposal for Selina Wu (Lydia Look) to consider – maybe one that’ll help him get on her good side or at least off her bad side!
Regardless, doing business with the mob is always risky, so Cody will have to be careful.
