General Hospital Spoilers Next 2 Weeks: Ava & Esme Brawl – Nik’s Cheating Exposed – Willow's Cancer Diagnosis

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 25 to August 5, tease that Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will brawl after Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) cheating will be exposed. The police will later be called to the Metro Court – and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will get sneaky on her latest mission.

During the week of July 25-29, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameroon Mathison) will grow closer while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) launches a vengeful attack on Felty (Brian Norris) the photographer.

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will also land at a celebration with Carly, Drew and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), so she may be the guest of honor due to her pregnancy.

Unfortunately, this celebration will take an unexpected turn, so that could mean Willow will faint once again.

While TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) has to stop what he’s doing and tend to a patient at GH, Sonny and Nina will get brutally honest about some things.

This will give Nina and Sonny an opportunity to move past some of their issues, but only if they’re willing to listen and learn.

Honesty will also be something that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) wants when she stops her date night with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) to demand answers.

Valentin will have to decide if he’s ready to come clean about Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) blackmail or double down on his deception.

Over with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) her trial will continue to make waves in Port Charles.

Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will push Esme to take the deal he’s offering, but she’ll turn to Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) for assistance after she dodges Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

Ryan may be able to open Esme’s eyes to the fact that Spencer’s offer is bogus and leave his plot in jeopardy.

We’ll eventually see Spencer take the stand while Nikolas rushes to the courthouse worried that the truth will come out.

Nikolas will have good reasons to think his hookup with Esme is about to become a grenade that gets thrown into his marriage.

Esme will be a woman with nothing left to lose, so Nikolas will fear the worst.

Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will see a new angle to work after Spencer wraps up his testimony, so she’ll end up calling a surprise witness – one that even Trina didn’t see coming.

As for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), he’ll urge Sonny to see that he’s ready to step up and take on a bigger role in the organization.

Sonny will consider promoting Dex and making him the new Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), but Brick (Stephen A. Smith) will be wary and want to dig into Dex’s past first.

During the week of August 1-5, Sam will land nearby when Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) makes an intriguing phone call, so she may listen in and find herself curious over what he’s planning.

Later, Sam will ask Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) for help with a case, so we’ll see if that involves investigating Michael or if this perhaps involves the hunt for Maggie Fitzgerald, Esme’s old nanny.

Regardless, Esme and Ava will wind up having the showdown of the century, so the claws should really come out – especially after Esme drops the bomb about sleeping with Nikolas.

That shocker should explode and leave Ava livid, so things will get physical as she goes to war with Esme.

After some urgent moves for Trina’s sake, Jordan will soon have someone new in police custody.

We’ll see Jordan question that person, so will it be Esme or someone else who can rat her out?

Nikolas will race home and perhaps find a furious Ava waiting for him.

Since Nikolas will have to pay the price for his betrayal sooner or later, it might as well be now!

At GH, Willow will find out what’s wrong with her and get some help navigating what’s ahead.

Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will offer guidance on anything related to the pregnancy, but it’s Terry Randolph’s (Cassandra James) involvement in the conversation that feels most significant.

It sounds like Willow will face a cancer diagnosis and have to prepare for a difficult road ahead. Willow may have leukemia or something similar that affects her blood and bone marrow.

Back with Britt, she’ll cross paths with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and grow annoyed.

Cody will get that they got off on the wrong foot, but he’ll be armed with some charming tips from Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and will hope he can turn things around.

At the Metro Court Gardens, Nina will see that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is on edge.

That could be due to Sasha being desperate for a fix, anxiousness over her career or both.

There’ll indeed be some news that Maxie, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) meet to discuss.

Will Sasha get replaced in her role at Deception?

Time will tell, but Sasha clearly isn’t doing well – and that fact will leave Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) turning to Sonny for advice.

Finally, a major fight will break out at the Metro Court.

There’s no confirmation on who’ll be part of that fight, but it’ll definitely be a serious altercation since the police will show up!

General Hospital spoilers say there’s much more excitement to come in Port Charles, so stay tuned.
