General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) next mystery hostage may be revealed. Will Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) get some company in captivity? Let’s talk about what we know so far.
For starters, Emma Samms is headed back to the ABC soap for a return arc this fall, so Holly Sutton’s rescue is on the way.
Victor makes the most sense as the person holding Holly captive, but she may be joined by someone else soon.
After all, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) thinks Holly is dead along with the rest of Port Charles.
There’ll have to be some catalyst that leads to Holly, so Victor’s next hostage would do the trick.
That brings us to Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and the target he could have on his back.
Martin left town after facing Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) threats, so Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) has been helping in his place.
Unfortunately, Lucy doesn’t seem to fully grasp the danger she’s inviting to her life as well as Martin’s.
By playing along with Victor and making him think there might be a future for them, Lucy is giving Victor a reason to tighten his grip.
Victor could easily have his people track Martin down and make sure his trip gets extended permanently.
Perhaps Victor will decide Lucy would be more willing to commit if Martin was no longer a factor at all.
Will Martin become a new hostage and potentially get thrown in captivity with Holly?
That’d be a great way to pull Laura Collins (Genie Francis) back into the drama since her return arc is coming up soon.
Martin’s kidnapping and captivity crisis would certainly pull Lucy, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) into the chaos, too.
Anna feels responsible for dragging Lucy into trouble, but she may feel even more responsible if all this snowballs into Martin’s life being at stake following his disappearance.
There may be a mad dash to find Martin – and as a result, Holly – before Victor uses more lethal methods.
General Hospital spoilers say Victor will prove he’s a force to be reckoned with, but there’ll be some Port Charles heroes ready to rise up anyway!
