General Hospital Spoilers: Wednesday, October 5 Update – Willow’s Only Choice – Dex’s Vow to Michael – Tara Interviews Carly

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Wednesday, October 5, teases that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will make the only choice she can make while Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) offers a vow to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Tara (Ellen Leyva) will also interview Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) at the cemetery in Jacksonville, so here’s what GH fans can expect.

At Pozzulo’s, Michael and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will unleash their wrath over Dex’s captivity crisis.

Even so, Dex may act like he understands that the boss did what he had to do.

Of course, Sonny heard Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) recall that her attacker was a woman, so he may let Dex off the hook.

Dex will still think he can salvage Michael’s takedown plan, so he’ll vow to get his real boss what they need and will have an idea.

Now might be the perfect time for Dex to ask for more responsibilities since Sonny owes him.

Sonny may also respect Dex for not throwing a tantrum over the torture, so that could create trust and put Dex closer to his goal.

However, Sonny will remain frustrated over the hook mystery as well as this feud with Michael.

We’ll see Sonny pound his fist on his desk and rant about something he has a problem with, so it’ll be interesting to see how Sonny solves that problem.

Next, Josslyn will give Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) the news about Dex being held captive in Sonny’s restaurant freezer.

It’ll leave Josslyn feeling like Sonny has reached a new low, especially when it comes to Dex and what he’s willing to put him through.

In Jacksonville, Carly will suggest it might be time to stop being Carly Corinthos – no doubt meaning she’s ready to trade in Sonny’s last name.

Carly may even use another last name on camera since a reporter named Tara (Ellen Leyva) will interview her in the cemetery.

No matter how this interview turns out, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will remain right by Carly’s side to guide her and give her all the encouragement she needs.

It’s clear that this Jacksonville trip is already pulling Carly and Drew closer.

Back in Port Charles, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will express confusion when Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) talks about not being ready.

We’ll see Curtis rehash the dangerous hook situation and discuss whatever it is that Nina doesn’t feel prepared for – perhaps regarding Sonny.

Elsewhere, Willow will feel like there’s only one choice she can make, so she’ll talk to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) about it.

Although Willow knows there are risks with holding off on chemotherapy, it’s what she feels she has to do for the baby’s sake.

It sounds like Willow will stand by the decision she already made and get some comfort from TJ.

Nevertheless, TJ will still feel like Willow would be better off opening up to Michael and getting support from the main man in her life.

While Willow delays the inevitable with Michael, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will apparently trick Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) into thinking she’s gone.

Once Ryan believes the coast is clear, he may make some sudden movements and seethe over whatever Ava did to Esme Prince (Avery Pohl).

Ava has suspected Ryan’s locked-in syndrome deceit for a long time, so she’ll feel satisfied once she’s proven right and can point the finger at him.

Over with Esme Prince (Avery Pohl), she may be the reason Ryan has a hard time believing what’s right in front of him.

After the way Ava acted, Ryan should be surprised when Esme appears in the flesh and explains what she’s been up to all this time.

General Hospital spoilers say Esme and Ryan’s imminent reunion will come with new problems, so stay tuned.
