The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers update for the week of July 18-22 teases that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will get out of bed while Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) spills about Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) will also make a confession, so here’s what B&B has in store.
First, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) will let her therapy session turn into a mutual one.
Normally, Taylor is the one listening and giving out advice, but she’ll let Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) do that for a change.
Deacon will find out how Taylor truly feels regarding Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) renewed romance with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), so he’ll appreciate her brutal honesty.
Later, Deacon will talk to Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) about the trauma of what he witnessed when he found Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) with Finn in that alley.
That bloody image is burned in Deacon’s brain, so Hope will offer some comfort.
Hope will also quiz Deacon about Sheila, so she may fish to find out if he’s seen or heard from her.
That could lead to Deacon admitting Taylor paid him a visit wondering the same thing.
If Deacon comes clean about starting up therapy sessions with Taylor, Hope is sure to be intrigued.
After Brooke and Ridge realize Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes) was Sheila’s accomplice for many years, they’ll have to believe he’s back at it.
Deputy Chief Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) will learn some valuable info while Mike faces Finn’s desperate plea.
Finn will push Mike to help him escape, so that’ll leave Mike rather torn.
Although Finn will count on Mike to help him out of this mess, Mike will soon have other matters to contend with – namely getting grilled in the police interrogation room!
Although there’s a chance Mike will crack and help Finn eventually, he could just as easily play dumb about Sheila’s latest escape or lawyer up.
Regardless, Finn will be on his own with Sheila for a while – and that’s not ideal since he doesn’t have a lot of strength.
The good news is Finn will manage to gain a boost thanks to Sheila’s confession. That bad news is it’ll be because Finn’s so distraught.
Sheila will come clean about Li Finnegan’s (Naomi Matsuda) presumed death and will fill Finn in on her version of events.
Finn won’t buy Sheila’s attempts to let herself off the hook and will be furious over her causing his adoptive mom’s demise.
Once Finn hoists himself out of bed and gets into a physical confrontation with Sheila, she’ll pull out a syringe that she’s been concealing.
Sheila will prepare to sedate Finn once more with a sneak attack.
Over with Bill and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks), they’ll catch up over a meal – one that Bill will spend talking about Katie.
Despite Bill’s best efforts to win Katie back, he may admit things have been stalled for quite some time.
Next, Steffy’s period of mourning will take an unsettling turn. Ridge and Taylor will get updates on just how distraught Steffy is without Finn by her side.
Steffy will realize a mental health facility is the best option for her, so that’s where she’ll end up – and her concerned parents will make plans to visit her in Monaco soon.
The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Taylor and Steffy will do everything in their power to help Steffy heal, but Finn will be working just as hard to get back to his wife!
