Days of Our Lives Recap: Monday, November 6 – Li Flatlines – Gabi Faces Harris’ Handcuffs – Stephanie Defends Everett

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Monday, November 6, reveals that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) seemed ticked off as he pushed Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) to introduce him to her friend in the park.

Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) told Chad that he was Stephanie’s boyfriend, but then he apologized for misspeaking and acted like he was still getting used to not being a couple with her.

Chad found out Everett was the ex who supposedly ghosted Stephanie, but she helped Everett explain that he was in an accident – which was followed by a medically induced coma and a lengthy recovery process.

Although Everett came to Salem hoping to resume his relationship with Stephanie, he assured Chad that he was backing off now.

Everett let it slip that he talked to Stephanie last night, so Chad wasn’t happy about Stephanie keeping that news a secret.

Chad eventually tried to be polite since he assumed Everett was leaving town, but Everett confessed he was sticking around since he just got a job at The Spectator.

Chad was obviously displeased, but Everett hoped that all three of them could be friends – and Stephanie agreed that’d be nice.

After Everett left on Monday’s Days episode, Chad made it crystal clear that he didn’t want to be friends with Everett and complained about him wanting Stephanie back.

This was way too reminiscent of what just happened with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson).

Stephanie argued that the situation was different, but she admitted it felt good to have someone focused on just her.

Chad bickered with Stephanie about marriage before settling down and understanding that this situation with Everett must be hard for her, too.

After Stephanie assured Chad that Everett was a nice guy, she announced she was going home and walked away in tears.

At Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) townhouse, she had some cake with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) as they mulled over Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) sudden marriage to Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty).

After Roman took off, Brady opened up to Marlena about Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) screwing him over since they never really planned to help him get custody of Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater).

Brady felt sorry for Stefan and Gabi’s next victim while Stefan pushed for answers in Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) apartment.

Since Gabi was holding the bloody knife, Stefan assumed she was the one behind Li’s grisly outcome.

Gabi insisted Li lured her back to his place with a text about the shares not being legit. If Gabi wanted the real documents signed, she was instructed to come alone.

Stefan had received a vague message from Gabi and came running over there.

However, Stefan informed Gabi that Li tricked her since the shares were authenticated and helped him successfully oust EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel).

Gabi only grabbed the knife to pull it out of Li’s back and try to help him, but she started to realize this seemed like a setup. Since Li couldn’t stab himself in the back, Gabi and Stefan speculated on who might’ve been behind this.

At The Bistro on Monday’s DOOL show, Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) praised Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) for doing a great job managing the place.

Since Tripp and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace) got the family discount, Tripp offered his gratitude.

Gil Carter (David S. Lee) walked over to say that he wished they could’ve comped the whole meal, but he acted like it was important that they didn’t have even a hint of impropriety in their business.

In the town square, Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) ran into Wendy, who was distracted since Li wasn’t responding to her texts.

Tripp eventually met up with Wendy, who complained about Gabi stabbing Li in the back with all the blackmail drama earlier.

Back with Stefan and Gabi, they realized they needed to get Gabi out of there if this was indeed a setup.

Gabi wondered what they should do about the knife and was holding it when Wendy walked in with Tripp.

Wendy screamed in horror and naturally blamed Gabi, but Gabi and Stefan insisted this wasn’t how it looked!

Tripp realized Li still had a weak pulse, so Li was rushed to the ER for urgent treatment.

At the hospital on Monday’s Days episode, Wendy wanted to stick around Li’s room while the doctors worked and make sure her brother knew she was there for him.

Li groaned in pain as Wendy pushed for answers about who did this to him, but he ultimately flatlined and left her in despair.

As for Harris, he caught Ava in a tense moment with Gil, but they both downplayed it. Harris privately admitted that Gil rubbed him the wrong way, but Ava acted like he wasn’t so bad.

Since both Harris and Ava were settled in their new jobs, he hoped to keep the promise he made about taking her out for dinner.

Ava hinted about their busy schedules, but Harris talked her into going on a date.

Afterward, Gil warned Ava not to tip Harris off to Clyde Weston’s (James Read) operation or else she’d put a target on his back along with the one Tripp was already facing.

Next on Monday’s Days episode, Gabi panicked at Li’s apartment and thought maybe she should wipe her prints off the knife, but Stefan warned her not to since Wendy and Tripp saw her with it.

When Harris arrived, he informed Gabi and Stefan that Li didn’t make it.

Gabi asked if Li identified his attacker before he died, so Harris admitted that Li said Gabi did it and whipped out his handcuffs to place Gabi under arrest!

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi’s dilemma is about to get a whole lot worse, so stay tuned for updates on all the chaos.
