Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will soon have some family in town. Aketra Sevllian has joined the cast of DOOL and will be playing the role of Talia Hunter, Jada’s younger sister.
It turns out Talia followed in her father’s footsteps and got a medical degree. Marcus Hunter (Richard Biggs) was once a great doctor in Salem, but Talia won’t be working at the hospital – at least not yet.
Instead, Days spoilers say Talia will end up applying for a job at the bakery, so that news may come as a shock to Jada.
It’s possible Talia doesn’t feel like she can live up to her dad’s legacy – or maybe she felt forced to pursue a medical path in the first place.
A career in medicine may not truly be where Talia’s passion lies. Talia might prefer icing bags over IV bags and food dye over blood!
Then again, there could be a different reason why Talia will want to work at Sweet Bits.
Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) always seems to have old connections that come to light later, so does she know Talia from her travels around the world? Could Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) know Talia instead?
Those are interesting options to consider, but it’s also possible Talia will just be running from something and looking for a fresh start.
Maybe a mistake at a previous hospital left her doubting her abilities as a medical professional or something along those lines.
Whatever the case, Talia will reunite with Jada in Salem, so it’ll be fun to see what their sibling relationship is like.
When you’re dealing with soap sisters, things can get messy!
Talia surely loves Jada if she’s moving to town to be close to her, which is what it sounds like she’s doing here.
Even so, almost all siblings fight occasionally, so the claws could come out for the Hunter sisters at some point.
Whatever the case, Aketra Sevillian is a welcome addition, so Days viewers will look forward to her February debut as Talia Hunter.

Now Aketra Sevillian is about to make a splash as Talia, so Days fans will be eager for updates on her new story.
