General Hospital Recap: Thursday, October 26 – Willow Promises Nina Won’t Lose Her – Sasha Calls Off Texas Move

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, October 26, reveals that Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) showed up in Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) office and was surprised to find him in the middle of getting a haircut.

Later, Finn explained that his barber did him a favor since he wanted to get a trim before their trip.

Liz had questions about what to pack for Vermont, so she worked on a list with Finn and joked around with him as they nailed down preparations.

At the Quartermaine stables, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) confessed to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) that she’d decided to stay in town.

Cody was curious about why, so Sasha talked about realizing there was more than just loss, pain and betrayal in Port Charles.

Sasha knew there were also good things and that she had people who cared about her. Cody took Sasha’s hand and told her to put him at the top of the list.

Since the movers were already on their way to Austin, it’d take some time to get everything back where it belonged.

Sasha planned to stay at the Metro Court for a few nights and turned down Cody’s offer to talk to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) about getting her a room at the Quartermaine mansion.

Sasha didn’t want to deal with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and was dreading returning Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) calls since she assumed bad news was brewing.

Although Sasha thought maybe her future as the Face of Deception wouldn’t last long, Cody urged her not to jump to conclusions.

After Cody talked about how well he got along with James West (Gary James Fuller), Sasha wasn’t surprised since James was basically Cody’s family.

Sasha also thought Mac Scorpio (John J. York) would be thrilled to know about his biological connection to Cody.

At GH, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) caught up with Stella Henry (Vernee Watson), who had to turn her attention to a crisis when Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) made a costly mistake.

Felicia botched some forms and sent a patient off to get an MRI – only to realize it wasn’t covered by insurance after all. Stella took off to try and fix this, but later reported that the insurance company wouldn’t budge.

Felicia was prepared to write the $11,000 check herself to cover the cost for the patient, but Stella managed to get the MRI results included in a hospital-funded research project.

A relieved Felicia said Stella was a lifesaver and pulled her into a hug.

At home, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) noticed Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) downing a glass of wine, so she admitted Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was released from prison.

Curtis said he just heard the news and was livid over Cyrus approaching Portia at work.

Curtis also wanted to know the name of the doctor who helped Cyrus score his release and thought he needed his license revoked.

However, Curtis felt Portia needed to leave things to the PCPD and stay safe. Portia agreed, but she warned that she wouldn’t hesitate to take the first shot if Cyrus came near her or Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).

Although Portia offered to cook dinner for Curtis, he offered to take her out instead and popped a wheelie as they happily headed out together.

In Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) office, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) brought him some boxing tickets as a wedding gift and apologized for not being able to make it to the wedding.

Sonny was grateful that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) stood up for him, but he reminded Dante that he chose him as his best man. Dante and Sonny had a special connection, so they expressed gratitude to each other.

On Dante’s way out, he brought up Cyrus’ release and warned Sonny not to do anything he might normally want to do.

At Kelly’s, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gave Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) updates on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) being in solitary for his own protection.

Although there had been progress on Drew’s release, Carly admitted it hadn’t happened yet.

In Nina Corinthos’ (Cynthia Watros) office, Michael assured Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) that she wasn’t interrupting and said he was talking to Nina about something that concerned her.

Nina pretended they were just discussing another trip to the island, so Willow said that’s what she came to talk about, too. However, Nina claimed she’d be in Paris on the weekend Willow suggested.

Michael acted like they’d all be too busy with the holidays coming up and thought they should put it off until next year.

After Michael mentioned the picture frame gift that Sonny told him about, he pushed Nina to go ahead and give it to Willow. Michael hinted that it might be a while before Nina saw Willow and the kids again.

Although Michael said he’d walk Willow to her car, Willow insisted on sticking around and catching up with Nina.

Michael reluctantly left, so that gave Nina a chance to talk to Willow about her mistakes and wishing she could take them all back.

Once Willow said they could only move forward, she noticed Nina was wearing the bracelet that she gave her in Puerto Rico.

Nina assured Willow that she cherished it and heard about Willow’s strange Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) dreams.

Willow noticed Nina acting a bit off and worried she’d made her uncomfortable by discussing Harmony, but Nina insisted that wasn’t it.

Nina just had so much she wanted to hold onto and feared her relationship with Willow would be taken away. After Nina said she’d lost a lot of things in her life, Willow insisted Nina wouldn’t lose her and took her bio mom’s hands.

Back at Kelly’s, Josslyn urged Michael to “put out the Q signal” and use his Quartermaine connections to help with Drew’s release.

Carly didn’t think that was a good idea since Michael was too close to the insider trading mess – and Michael had to agree with her on that.

After Carly explained how Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was helping Drew, she pushed Michael to keep pursuing his contact at the SEC since she wanted the whistleblower’s name.

Michael acted like he was still in the dark before Willow joined the conversation. When Willow talked about Michael stepping up and accepting Sonny as well as Nina, her hubby looked uncomfortable.

In Nina’s office again, Sonny brought her flowers and dinner, so they enjoyed a romantic meal and a kiss.

General Hospital spoilers say Nina will continue to deal with Michael’s leverage for the time being, so stay tuned to see how long this arrangement will last.
