The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Monday, December 11, reveal that Eric Forrester (John McCook) will be rushed to the hospital, where John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) has been working hard to find a treatment plan for him.
Dr. Colin Colby (Justiin Davis) and all the specialists he’s talked to have offered no hope for Eric, so his loved ones are worried that the end is near.
Since Eric just collapsed at his farewell party and accepted that it was his time to go, there’ll be concerns about Eric never waking up.
Eric will be taken to the hospital to see if the doctors can prolong his life, but Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and the others will all worry that nothing more can be done.
B&B spoilers say Ridge will face a heartbreaking decision on Monday’s emotional episode. In fact, Ridge will feel like it’s the hardest choice of his life!
Since Ridge has medical power of attorney, there may be a situation where he has to decide if Eric will be kept alive by drastic measures.
Ridge might feel like Eric wouldn’t want to be on life support or anything like that. It could leave Ridge torn between respecting Eric’s wishes and trying to keep his dad around as long as possible.
However, Finn will ultimately deliver some huge news in Eric’s hospital room. It turns out there might still be a chance to save Eric’s life, so it sounds like Finn has discovered something in his research that could change everything.
Although there are no guarantees, Finn will definitely think this new treatment plan is worth pursuing, so this could be Eric’s ticket to a Christmas miracle!
Of course, Eric is already fading fast, so time will be of the essence. Finn will know that they have to work quickly, so Ridge may have to decide whether he’ll approve what the doc’s offering.
