The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is currently in Europe with Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Alexander and Chase Banks), so John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is having a hard time coping.
Finn needs to get rid of Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) for good and make Steffy feel safe enough to return home, but he isn’t sure how to do that yet.
However, it turns out there could be another reason for Steffy’s homecoming when the time is right.
Once Jacqueline MacInnes Wood’s maternity leave concludes and B&B’s ready for Steffy to reenter the story, some devastating news could prompt her return.
If Steffy finds out Eric Forrester (John McCook) is seriously ill, that could be enough for her to put her fears aside and come rushing back to support her grandfather.
It’s clear that Eric’s in bad shape – and this fashion challenge with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) isn’t helping anything.
If this keeps up, Eric could easily collapse on stage at the runway competition and let the world know he’s most definitely not OK!
There’d be no concealing something like that from Steffy, especially if she witnesses a horrifying incident with her own eyes through a livestream of the competition.
Steffy might get on the next flight home if she receives the crushing updates on Eric and the medical fight he’s now facing.
Although the Sheila terror may remain for Steffy, she might determine that she can’t let her crazy mother-in-law stop her from visiting Eric when he needs her most.
The whole Forrester family will hopefully rally around Eric once the truth about his condition comes out – and that needs to include Steffy since she adores her granddad.
Will Steffy ultimately cut her trip to Europe short for a terrible reason? Will Eric’s health woes be what prompts Steffy to come home sooner than expected?
