The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Wednesday, January 11 Recap – Steffy’s Confession Rocks Taylor – Sheila’s Homecoming with Bill

the bold and the beautiful

The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers recap for Wednesday, January 11, reveals that Judge Craig McMullen (Joe Lando) stood by his decision to let Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) go free since Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) refused to testify.

There were no other witnesses and Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes) had been implicated in forcing Sheila to escape, so Judge McMullen had no choice but to drop all the charges. Sheila was taken to her cell to await official release, so Steffy and Finn left the judge’s chambers in horror.

Judge McMullen looked pensive, but he gave Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) a warm welcome to his office soon after. The judge was grateful since the two weeks his family spent on Bill’s yacht were the best vacation they ever had.

Bill assured Judge McMullen that he could count on his continued generosity and hoped he could count on Judge McMullen’s continued generosity, too. Judge McMullen said they’d have Bill over for dinner sometime before Bill thanked him for today.

Based on the evidence that Bill provided, Judge McMullen once again acted like he had no choice but to let Sheila go and shook Bill’s hand. The judge had to leave for another hearing, but Bill stuck around to make a phone call in his chambers.

At Forrester Creations, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) gave Eric Forrester (John McCook) updates on her lunch with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and the preliminary meeting that Finn and Steffy were supposed to testify at.

Taylor felt confident that thanks to Steffy and Finn, they wouldn’t have to worry about Sheila anymore.

Once Sheila was in her regular clothes, a guard said he’d get her personal effects and that it wouldn’t be long now until her official release. Mike came to say goodbye, so he admitted he was happy for Sheila and thought she was a genius for getting Bill in her corner.

After Mike asked Sheila to come see him sometimes, she said she would try.

Mike assured Sheila that he never stopped loving her and puckered up for a kiss, but she slapped him and called him a bad boy. Once Mike confirmed that he was, Sheila laughed at her loyal partner in crime.

When the guard returned, he said Sheila was free to go. Sheila thanked Mike for everything before he professed his love and added that he’d wait a lifetime for her.

Back in the judge’s chambers, Steffy and Finn confronted Bill for being behind Mike’s affidavit. Finn and Steffy also knew Bill must’ve gotten a bribed judge assigned to Sheila’s case.

Bill argued that there was no point in fighting this since Steffy and Finn would lose along with Taylor.

Steffy argued that Bill didn’t care about his granddaughters before insisting that Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay) and Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) weren’t safe with Sheila free.

Bill gave Finn and Steffy his word that they had nothing to fear from Sheila, but Steffy shouted that she’d never forgive him for this and hugged Finn in despair.

In Mike’s cell, he thought back on some big moments with Sheila over the years, including a kiss. Mike acknowledged that he may not have his freedom, but he’d always have the memory of that very special lady.

At Bill’s mansion, Sheila returned home with him and was in shock over his plan actually working. After Sheila called Bill “one hell of a man,” she marveled over how he masterfully manipulated the situation.

Bill reminded Sheila that he put a lot on the line for her, so he needed to know that he wasn’t going to regret it – that Sheila would never let him down. Sheila assured Bill that he didn’t have to worry about that and vowed to be his partner for life before kissing him passionately.

At the cliff house on Wednesday’s B&B episode, Steffy and Finn continued to reel over Sheila’s freedom. Finn wondered how they would explain not testifying, especially to Taylor.

Steffy couldn’t even think about that right now, but she was forced to moments later when a cheerful Taylor entered assuming that Sheila was in prison. Finn and Steffy had to admit that they didn’t press charges, so the judge let Sheila walk free.

Taylor was understandably confused and pushed for answers, so Steffy brought up what Bill said. That left Taylor asking what Bill had to do with them not pressing charges, so Finn admitted he had everything to do with it.

Steffy ultimately confessed that if they took Sheila down for the shooting, then Bill would reveal that Taylor shot him. That news left Taylor stunned.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Steffy and Finn will have more details for Taylor soon, so stay tuned to B&B! CDL’s the place to be for fantastic Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, updates and news, so visit us often.
