The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will take a break from worrying about her pregnancy and head to the bicentennial party with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Sally will no doubt hope for a chance to let loose and put her baby worries on hold for a while.
Of course, no one can escape worrying for very long in Genoa City. Drama is always just around the corner, so this outing with Nick could turn into a total disaster.
Barbara Crampton will reprise her role as Leanna Love, a celebrity reporter who’ll be eager to score some hot scoops at this event.
The Newman clan is obviously a big deal, so Leanna would love to spill some dirt about their family.
Leanna may notice the gorgeous redhead by Nick’s side and immediately become intrigued.
Perhaps Leanna will realize Sally isn’t drinking alcohol and latch onto the idea that she might have Nick’s bun in the oven.
That’d be a big enough story on its own, but Y&R fans know there’s a pregnancy twist since Sally is carrying a baby that belongs to Nick’s brother.
If Leanna starts going on and on about Nick being a father again, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) might get riled up and claim the kid as his own.
This could also bring a chance for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to find out Sally is having Adam’s child – and he won’t be pleased if he learns Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) kept that news under wraps.
Regardless, Sally’s pregnancy has to go public eventually and so does the fact that she’s having Adam’s baby instead of Nick’s.
A party like this seems like the perfect place to get it all out in the open and force Sally to deal with the fallout.
Leanna Love will definitely walk away with a headline or two by the end of the bash, so maybe she’ll get updates on Sally’s situation and spill it to the public.
