General Hospital Tuesday, September 9 Update: Josslyn & Vaughn Escape – Jacinda’s Setback – Alexis’ Slipup

General Hospital Tuesday, September 9 Update: Josslyn & Vaughn Escape, Jacinda’s Setback, Alexis’ Slipup

General Hospital (GH) update for Tuesday, September 9, reveals that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will make a dangerous slipup while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Vaughn (Bryce Durfee) escape. Jacinda (Paige Herschell) will also face a money setback, so there’ll be a lot happening on the ABC soap.

At the Five Poppies Resort, Vaughn and Josslyn will leap into action once they’re free again.

That’s great news since Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) could use some help defeating the guard he’s been brawling with!

Once that guard’s out of the way, Josslyn and Vaughn will be on their own while Jason rushes back to the lab.

Vaughn will push Josslyn to go on without him if he doesn’t make it, but she’ll have faith that they can both get to safety.

As for Jason, he promised he’d come through for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

That’s a promise Jason intends to keep, even if it means risking his own life in the process.

Pascal (Marc Forget) supposedly convinced the mystery boss that Britt is more trouble than she’s worth.

Now Britt’s facing a one-hour countdown to her demise if that explosion gets triggered, so Jason will come back to help her.

Removing Britt’s ankle monitor could blow them both up, but that’s a chance they’ll have to take.

Jason will be right there by Britt’s side as they try to get out of this scary crisis.

Fortunately, GH spoilers confirm that Britt, Jason, Josslyn and Vaughn will all survive this ordeal at the Five Poppies Resort.

It looks like there’ll indeed be some explosion drama, but it’s good to know the four of them will make it home alive.

In the meantime, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) will corner Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and pressure her to allow Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) an in-person visit with Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke).

Lulu obviously won’t be thrilled about that idea, but Brennan will make it clear that this Steinmauer visit has to happen.

Brennan needs to know who’s running Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) old organization, so he’ll warn Lulu about the dire nature of his deal with Valentin.

While Brennan gives Lulu a veiled threat to mull over, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) will pay Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) a visit.

Since Jacinda could serve as Michael’s alibi, he’ll beg Curtis to say he knows how to find her.

Across town, Jacinda will tell Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that she’s come to collect, but Portia will spin things around and perhaps blackmail her right back.

Portia might argue that if Jacinda blabs about their Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) drugging plot, she’ll be in just as much trouble.

Jacinda doesn’t really have the leverage she thinks she does, so she’ll face a setback when it comes to scoring more money.

That could open the door to Michael paying Jacinda to say they were together when Drew was shot.

Then again, Jacinda might strike a different deal with Nina, who’ll face an interesting proposal by midweek.

Since Jacinda could end up with the power to save or sink Michael, she might be willing to make him look guilty if Nina pays her more.

Regardless, Jacinda will remain a big part of the action in the coming episodes.

At the police station, Alexis will head to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) office, where she’ll agree to a grilling session.

Although Alexis will seem cooperative, she’ll make a risky slipup – one that could leave Anna suspecting she’s guilty of trying to wipe Drew out.

At the hospital, Drew will seem groggy as he answers questions next.

Will Drew tell the truth about his final memories before he lost consciousness or lead the cops astray?

General Hospital spoilers say more twists and turns are ahead in Drew’s mystery storyline, so stick with us for updates on all the curveballs.
