The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Aristotle Dumas Hires Billy & Phyllis, Sally Left Out in the Cold?

The Young and the Restless spoilers suggest that Aristotle Dumas seems to have his eyes on taking over Chancellor, not Winters.

During the Monday, May 26 show, fans overheard a conversation between Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) and her billionaire boss.

From the sounds of their chat, Dumas’s intentions around protecting Winters is genuine.

This likely means he’s got his eye on another prize. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has mentioned their rivalry in the past, so the best way to strike back at The Moustache would be a hostile takeover of Chancellor.

Unfortunately, Dumas’s meeting with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has continually been pushed back, but that doesn’t mean that the fake-named mogul is not serious about taking Chancellor away from the Newmans; it just may mean that Dumas got caught up in other business.

There’s a good chance that the mystery man ends up successfully taking Chancellor and then placing Billy at the top of the ladder.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has shown a lot of chutzpah lately, not only reaching out to Dumas but encouraging her friend Amanda to put in a few good words for her with him.

This may trigger Dumas to include Phyllis within Chancellor’s leadership team.

After all, she was once with the company, and Dumas may admire Phyllis’s resume and give the woman a chance.

If Billy and Phyllis were forced to work together again, they’d be able to do so peacefully.

They’d clean the slate and move on for the success of Chancellor and their careers. After all, this is what both of them have wanted for a long while.

The Young and the Restless was seemingly trying to forge a love triangle between Billy, Phyllis, and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), but things have gotten sticky recently.

Billy saved Phyllis during her kidnapping debacle, but after the fact, romantic reunion ideas fizzled when Phyllis had her mental health meltdown due to the trauma of her kidnapping, and Billy quickly fired her, appointing Sally to her position.

Phyllis is foaming at the mouth for revenge, but that could easily be wiped away if she scored a comfy spot at Chancellor.

Still, could this move place a damper on her romance with Billy?

She might even feel a bit jaded that Billy was so quick to abandon Abbott Communications for Chancellor, and it would also prove that Billy was looking for revenge against Victor, which is a sore spot between the two.

Plus, fans can bet that Phyllis would rub in her newfound working relationship in Sally’s face.

The Young and the Restless spoilers note that the soap worked hard to place Billy and Phyllis in the same orbit, only for it to end in a feud.

Could Dumas taking over as Chancellor and appointing the two exes in top spots at the company once again change the dynamics between the Abbott and the two redheads in his life?
