General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) may be on the verge of delivering some big news to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).
Michael may score valuable information about something he’s always suspected but could never prove.
Since Trina and Kai were in the house the night Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) got shot, they heard Willow Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) ringtone for Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and know she must’ve pulled the trigger.
Now Kai and Trina think Willow might’ve tried to drown Drew too, but they’re assuming that Drew’s blackmailing her instead of going to the cops.
Of course, GH fans know it’s the other way around since Willow is blackmailing Drew to keep quiet with Jack Brennan’s (Chris McKenna) help.
Drew is being forced to stay silent about Willow’s crimes as well as Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) actions since she’s the one who pushed him in the lake.
There are concerns about the kids and all the toxicity they’re being exposed to, so Trina and Kai are now considering whether they should tell Michael that they know with certainty Willow was Drew’s shooter.
Will Kai and Trina ultimately follow through on that confession?
Trina and Kai might decide Michael deserves to know what they know, especially since another custody battle could be brewing.
However, Kai and Trina could land in legal hot water if it comes out that they were hiding in Drew’s home that night and that they didn’t tell the police the truth.
It’s not like Willow can be convicted of shooting Drew anyway since she was already found not guilty by a jury.
Even so, this could be valuable intel that leaves Michael fired up and ready to put up a fight when it comes to custody.
Michael might talk to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who confirmed Trina and Kai’s theory by checking Willow’s phone records.
Alexis realized Willow indeed received a call from Wiley exactly when Kai and Trina claimed to have heard one, so she may back up their news eventually.
Michael could potentially decide to set some sort of trap for Willow and pry a recorded confession out of her.
Then again, maybe Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) could plot a setup like that instead since she’ll indeed be scheming against Willow soon.
Willow might be goaded into blurting out that she shot Drew and got away with it or something along those lines.
That’s the kind of thing that could lead to a shocker in the custody courtroom depending on how it all goes down.
Willow can’t go down for shooting Drew now that she’s been acquitted, but she could potentially lose her children if this becomes part of the custody chaos that’s brewing.
Viewers know Willow is hiding a whole lot more than that since she’s also responsible for drugging Drew into a state of paralysis for months.
It’ll be interesting to see if more secrets unravel for Michael and whether he might be able to use them to his advantage.
