The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) will have a big reaction when Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) confesses she moved forward with the embryo transfer.
This isn’t what Finn wanted at all and could lead to him making a major admission.
Of course, Steffy didn’t really go through any kind of procedure as part of a surrogacy plan.
This is just Steffy and Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) only option if they want to keep Daphne Walton (Murielle Hilaire) and Finn from finding out the truth.
Nevertheless, Steffy will have to make Finn believe her fake version of events when he returns from his trip.
B&B spoilers say Finn will have plenty of questions and concerns, especially since he thought Steffy was going to drop the whole surrogacy idea.
Steffy will have to undo more damage to her marriage once she delivers news about the phony implantation.
Finn will realize Steffy could already be pregnant with Carter’s child and may ultimately make a difficult confession.
Will Finn admit he wishes Steffy were having another baby with him instead?
Finn might confess that it’s going to be hard for him to watch Steffy’s pregnancy play out knowing he isn’t the one who made that baby with her.
That would be a great way to set up a shocking twist in this storyline, which could easily play out down the road.
There’s probably a reason why the show’s relying entirely on Steffy’s insistence that the baby couldn’t possibly be Finn’s.
Without a proper paternity test, there’s some wiggle room for Finn to still be the bio dad.
Steffy may just be too frazzled to recall one night when she did the deed with Finn.
Although Steffy doesn’t think they’ve had time to reconnect in that way in so long, she may not be remembering a quick moment of passion that resulted in conception.
Can you imagine the drama of Steffy and Carter going through all this trouble just for the baby to turn out to be Finn’s in the end?
That could be where things are headed, especially if Finn starts wishing Steffy were pregnant with his child instead of Carter’s.
