The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that more trouble is always just around the corner in Genoa City.
There are plenty of secrets swirling and schemers ready to strike, so let’s talk about the drama that’s still to come.
Now that the action’s heating up in multiple storylines, some big curveballs are brewing. Here are four troublemaker moves that Y&R fans can look forward to.
1) Phyllis’ drastic action to stop Matt’s GC exit
For starters, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will do whatever it takes to stop Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) from leaving town.
Despite Matt’s desire to get out of Genoa City and leave all the danger behind, Phyllis has no intention of letting that happen.
Since Matt’s going to find himself bound and gagged in his suite, Phyllis may be to blame for that.
It’s clear that Phyllis views Matt as her golden ticket to freedom and keeping Summers Conglomerate, so she’ll take drastic action to keep him under her control.
2) Patty resorts to bribery
Of course, Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk) is just as much of a schemer as Phyllis is.
Since Patty feels a connection with Matt, it looks like she’ll save him from his tied-up predicament.
However, Patty will have to put the cash that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) gave her to good use in the process.
It turns out Patty will pay off a housekeeper (Marcy Goldman), who’ll presumably let Patty in Matt’s room and keep her mouth shut about whatever she witnesses.
3) Claire uses Holden’s shocker against Audra
Next, Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) may decide to get vulnerable with Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and reveal the whole truth about what happened in Los Angeles.
Holden hinted about telling Claire if she came on his New York trip with him and may ultimately go through with a confession.
It’s doubtful Claire will blame Holden since he was just trying to protect Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) that night.
Even so, Claire probably won’t be able to resist holding the secret over Audra’s head and admitting she knows about the dead art dealer cover-up.
Although Claire surely wouldn’t do anything to send the cops after Holden, she could still taunt Audra a bit and make her miserable!
4) Audra’s bold mission to get Noah back
As for Audra, she’ll stir up some trouble of her own. Audra obviously wants a Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) reunion, so she won’t let Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) stand in her way.
Sienna is just an obstacle to conquer as far as Audra’s concerned, so look for Audra to make some bold plays to get Noah back.
It’ll take Sienna’s anger and jealousy to the next level, so a catfight with Audra could be looming.
