The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, October 9, indicate that fans will learn whether Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) cancer has returned.
Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) pregnancy-related ordeal will also cause some chaos, so there’ll be a lot happening in Genoa City.
Following Sally’s pain and the fear that she’s going into labor on Thursday there’ll be some follow-up drama on Friday’s episode.
Y&R spoilers say Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will put their issues aside to focus on Sally.
Chelsea and Audra may make sure Sally gets to the hospital ASAP, but this could easily be a false alarm.
Sally might be experiencing Braxton-Hicks contractions and get confirmation on that soon enough.
It makes more sense to save Sally’s baby delivery for her wedding day, so she may find out her little one isn’t coming just yet.
That said, Sally will appreciate the way Chelsea and Audra were willing to come together for her.
Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) may get news on all this in the aftermath and end up relieved that Sally’s OK along with the baby.
However, Sally and Billy still have some pre-wedding issues coming up, so we’ll see if this involves another fight about Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), Jill Abbott (last played by Lauren Koslow) or something else.
Next, Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will see that Lily still isn’t herself.
It’ll break Cane’s heart watching Lily struggle, especially since she hasn’t been willing to tell him what’s bothering her yet.
Lily may finally admit what her trip to Chicago was really about and confess that her lab results are in.
If Lily’s cancer is indeed back, then Cane will no doubt promise they’ll get through this together.
Whatever the case, Lily’s lab results should be revealed to fans as well as Cane, who’ll do everything in his power to make sure she feels supported.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Cane will hope for a bright future with Lily no matter the outcome of her testing, so stay tuned.
