Prince William, his wife Kate Middleton the Duchess of Cambridge and their son Prince George have arrived for the Royal Christening at the Chapel Royal at St James’s Palace.
Kate looked elegant in a cream colored dress while Prince William look the proud daddy in his dapper suit. The little prince was wearing his christening gown a replica of the one created in 1841 for Queen Victoria’s eldest daughter, Victoria, Princess Royal. The gown is made of fine Honiton lace lined with white satin. Prince George will be baptized by the archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby.
Earlier today the seven godparents that William and Kate chose was revealed. Surprisingly only one member of the Royal family was chose, Zara Philips. To see the full list [CLICK HERE] Surprisingly neither William’s brother Prince Harry not Kate’s sister Pippa Middleton were chosen.
After the service, guests will attend a private tea at Clarence House, hosted by Prince Charles. Guests will be served christening cake, which is a tier from the couple’s wedding cake.
