The latest cover issue of US Weekly focuses on the tragic suicide and death of former Bachelor star Gia Allemand. It was reported earlier that a possible cause of Gia’s suicide could have been a fight and breakup with her boyfriend, who she was reportedly desperately in love with – despite infidelity rumors. According to US, “Desperate to marry and be a mom, Gia couldn’t cope with another breakup.” The report focuses on the events leading up to her death, including the fight Gia had with her boyfriend, where he supposedly told her he didn’t love her anymore. Of course, there’s no way to prove this since Gia isn’t exactly around for people to ask her, but it’s unfortunate that a young life was taken for such fleeting reasons if it is true.
The cover also focuses on a story about a Teen mom country wedding, to which I say – do people even care anymore? If they do, good for them… I guess.
There’s also a One Direction exclusive, which focuses on their ‘real life love lives’. As opposed to their fake life love lives? I don’t get it. Anyway, we already know all of their ‘real life love life’ stories because they’re all over the tabloids. One Direction fans have managed to take stalking to a new level, and every private detail about the boys’ life is all over the net, for everyone to see.
And finally, the issue also has a feature on Prince William and Kate Middleton‘s baby photos. We’ve already seen them after they leaked a couple of days ago, but I thought it was lovely and original that Kate asked her father to take the photos – shows a personal touch.
