Usually, blogs specialize in baiting Twi-hards, but they must have realized that this would be stretching it. I mean, I know the tabloids this week tried to get us to believe that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were about to get married, but does anyone think Rob is THAT stupid? Or for that matter, even Kristen?
Yes, they’re probably hooking up again – but I think it speaks volume that they’re not necessarily ‘dating’ again. After being together for so many years, they understandably still have feelings for each other and are having a hard time moving on completely. It’s not like Rob hasn’t tried, considering Riley Keough, Katy Perry, and Dylan Penn. And I’m pretty sure that everyone in his life wants him to stay away from Kristen. Who would want someone they love to go back to the person that cheated on them and publicly humiliated them?
But alas, Hollywood Life’s ‘sources’ would never say all that. Instead, they make it seem as though the reason Rob and Kristen won’t get married is because they’re not ‘ready’. Uh, sure. The source explains, “Rob is leaving the country in less than a month and has back to back projects. [Also], Rob’s family is of the utmost importance to him and he wouldn’t get married to anyone without their blessing. Rob is not going to put a ring on someone’s finger, including Kristen’s, unless he wholeheartedly knows the marriage will be a lifelong commitment.”
Translation: Rob doesn’t trust Kristen and doesn’t believe that she won’t cheat on him again. Also, Rob is WAY too young to get married. Gee, thanks to these ‘sources’ for stating so many obvious facts. The idea Rob proposing to Kristen was ludicrous to begin with, no matter how hard the tabloids try to convince us otherwise.
