General Hospital’s fictional town of Port Charles is a dangerous place to live, it seems like every week someone is getting shot or involved in a car accident. General Hospital spoilers teased for over a week now that there would be a serious car accident on the soap opera, even though we knew it was coming, it wasn’t any less crazy or shocking. Now, two Port Charles teens’ lives hang in the balance.
On the July 3rd episode of General Hospital Rafe was on the run from the PCPD after it was discovered he was the driver that ran Patrick and Sabrina off the road and killed their baby Gabriel. Molly, who was completely unaware of Rafe’s driving history at the time, jumped in the car with him as he was making his getaway because she was concerned about his drug use. As Rafe and a confused Molly made their speedy getaway, Sam Morgan and Dante chased after them down the highway. Unbeknownst to Rafe, the police had set up a barricade to stop him. In a split second Rafe turned his attention to Molly and crashed head on in to the barricade, while Dante and Sam watched helplessly from their vehicle behind them.
A General Hospital spoiler video for Monday July 7th shows Sam and Dante rushing to Rafe and Molly’s aid after their car accident. Molly is lying lifeless in the car with blood smeared on her face, and her sister Sam yells frantically that, “she’s not waking up.” Rafe was thrown from the car and he is also unconscious and Dante is kneeling on the ground with him.
If there is one thing for sure about the General Hospital writers, it’s that they have no reservations about killing off their characters, regardless of their age or whether or not they are innocent bystanders. General Hospital fans are in a frenzy right now, speculating whether Rafe and Molly will live or die. What do you think?
