The Duggars are one of those families that people knew about even before TLC offered them a reality show (19 Kids and Counting) to document their unconventional life with 19 kids. Jill Duggar Dillard is the 4th oldest of the bunch and she has enjoyed her own wave of popularity recently because of her documented chaste courtship will Derick Dillard. The couple married back in June and have already announced that they are expecting a baby.
Most newlyweds would panic at the thought of having a child so quickly but it seems that Jill and Derick Dillard’s baby will be more fortunate than most. Two years ago, Jim Bob Duggar, Jill’s father, bought an absolutely destroyed mansion that required 4,000 feet of renovations. It became known as project Stoney Brook and the repairs were documented on TLC’s 19 Kids & Counting. According to the Sept. 15th print edition of Star Magazine, the 4 bedroom home is now rented by Jill and Derick. Obviously, it gives the young couple plenty of room but it also is the kind of space where Jill’s parents can keep tabs on her and TLC’s camera’s can easily film.
Jim Bob Duggar always intended for Stoney Brook to be handed over to a family member but do you think that this is really just a way to continue controlling Jill Duggar Dillard even though she is now a married woman?
