Cressida Bonas is starring in her own commercials now, less than a year after she ended her relationship – permanently – with Prince Harry. In her attempt to become the next Angelina Jolie, Cressida has already landed a film role in Tulip Fever, has already landed a modeling contract with Mulberry, and is now starring in her very first commercial! So let’s take a look and analyze away, shall we?
If we’re being fair to Cressida, the actual commercial isn’t that bad. The colors, the lighting, the editing… do you realize we’re just saying buzz words? Cressida doesn’t have an iota of screen presence, but you can tell that a lot of money went into the commercial. So you win one, and you lose one?
There are a million pretty girls in the world, and Cressida Bonas is obviously able to do all this because of her connections and her title as Prince Harry’s ex-girlfriend. Plus, the red-head in the commercial? Obviously meant to symbolize Prince Harry, no?
At the end of the day, Cressida Bonas is trying to be a movie star, and she’s somehow managing to do so. But if she thinks that she’ll be able to do this and still stay in touch with Prince Harry, she’s sadly mistaken. She and Harry may have engaged in an on-again/off-again/on-again relationship for the past year, but from what we’re hearing, Queen Elizabeth has expressly banned Harry from seeing Cressida ever again. He’ll just have to find another socialite famewhore to spend all his free time with.
