Gia Giudice and Joe Giudice had an angry confrontation at the family’s beach house that involved a neighbor and wound up with police being called! Father and daughter do not seem to be getting along while Teresa Giudice is finishing up her 15-month prison sentence. Reportedly tensions were running high and hit the boiling point on Saturday, Aug 15 at the family’s summer home on the Jersey Shore.
Neighbors heard Gia Giuidice, 14, yelling and screaming, because Joe Giudice, 43, locked her out of the house, because he had been partying and needed to clean up things and he did not want his daughter to see what dear old dad had been up to. After all Joe has been photographed cheating on Teresa on several occasions since (and prior to) her incarceration and probably fears Gia will report his debauchery to mom. When he finally let his eldest daughter back in he could be heard screaming at her and this went on for several more minutes until a neighbor stepped in and to calm down both Joe and Gia.
This sparked a confrontation between the female neighbor and Joe Giudice, which turned into yet another shouting match, TMZ reported. The police were called when the woman was heard screaming “this guy is crazy.” No mention was made by the woman if Joe was drunk or on drugs, merely that he appeared dangerous.
Police arrived on the scene in the Jersey Shore neighborhood and spoke to all the parties involved. They were able to get the situation under control, calming everyone down. Bystanders say that all four Giudice girls were begging the police not to arrest their daddy. Later, an unnamed representative for the family stated that the entire incident started because Joe Giudice was throwing a party and that a neighbor felt it was an inappropriate environment for children. Not much else is known at this time, as the story is still unfolding.
Joe Giudice has been known to be a partier and has admitted that he may drink too much. Since Teresa Giudice began her prison sentence he has been seen on out on the town with various women snuggling and holding hands with these women. Even before Teresa headed to jail there were reports of his cheating on her with a personal trainer, as well as a babysitter.
After Teresa’s release from prison, Joe will begin serving his five year sentence. Partying on the Jersey Shore this summer will be the last chance he gets to do so for a very long time. It is even possible that he will be deported to Italy once he has served his prison sentence on multiple counts of fraud.
